Abstract
Description
(1)条状を呈する、第1信号ユニットと、第2信号ユニットと、を互いに挟むことにより、信号伝送端子が形成され、第1信号ユニットと第2信号ユニットとが条状を呈するため、プレス加工をするときに、スクラップ面積を減少することができる。
まず、図3のA、図3のB及び図4を参照する。図3のA及びBは本考案の信号伝送用レセプタクルコネクタの分解斜視図であり、図4は本考案に係る連結ユニットと信号伝送端子との分解斜視図である。本考案の信号伝送用レセプタクルコネクタ2は、絶縁本体21と、複数の連結ユニット22と、複数の金属スリーブ23と、複数の信号伝送端子24と、規制板25と、複数の連接端子26と、複数のアース端子27と、を含む。
Claims (10)
- 絶縁本体と、少なくとも一つの連結ユニットと、少なくとも一つの信号伝送端子と、を含み、
前記連結ユニットは、前記絶縁本体に設けられ、貫通孔が設けられた連結本体と、固定台と、を含み、前記固定台は、前記連結本体の一側から延び出し、収容空間を有し、
前記信号伝送端子は、第1信号ユニットと、第2信号ユニットと、を含み、前記第1信号ユニットは、第1信号連接部と、挟み部と、を有し、前記第1信号連接部は、前記貫通孔に収容され、ドッキングプラグと電気的に連接するためのものであり、前記挟み部が前記収容空間に収容され、前記第2信号ユニットは、第2信号連接部と、溶接部と、を有し、前記第2信号連接部が前記挟み部に挟まれ、前記溶接部は回路板に溶接するためのものであることを特徴とする信号伝送用レセプタクルコネクタ。 - 前記挟み部は、更に、第1挟み子と、第2挟み子と、を有し、前記第2信号連接部を挟むためのものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の信号伝送用レセプタクルコネクタ。
- 前記挟み部は、更に、第1係止突起と、第2係止突起と、を有し、これにより、前記収容空間の内部に係止可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の信号伝送用レセプタクルコネクタ。
- 前記収容空間は、更に、第1係り突起と、第2係り突起と、を有し、これにより、前記第1係止突起と前記第2係止突起とをそれぞれ係止可能であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の信号伝送用レセプタクルコネクタ。
- 前記第1信号ユニットは、更に、弾性アームを有し、前記弾性アームの横断面の幅は、その横断面の厚さよりも大きく、前記弾性アームにより、前記第1信号連接部と前記挟み部とが連接され、前記第1信号連接部がドッキングプラグに押えられるときに、前記弾性アームが押え力を吸収することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の信号伝送用レセプタクルコネクタ。
- 前記固定台は、更に、連接溝を有し、これにより、前記連接溝に前記第2信号ユニットを連接可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の信号伝送用レセプタクルコネクタ。
- 更に、規制板を含み、前記規制板が前記絶縁本体に組合われ、信号伝送用レセプタクルコネクタが複数の信号伝送端子を有する場合には、前記規制板により、これらの前記溶接部の位置が限定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の信号伝送用レセプタクルコネクタ。
- 前記規制板は耐高温絶縁材料で作製されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の信号伝送用レセプタクルコネクタ。
- 更に、前記連結ユニットに対応する金属スリーブを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の信号伝送用レセプタクルコネクタ。
- 複数の前記金属スリーブを有する場合に、その構造は、更に、連接端子と、アース端子と、を有し、前記連接端子は二つの前記金属スリーブを電気的に連接するためのものであり、前記アース端子が何れかの一つの前記金属スリーブと電気的に連接することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の信号伝送用レセプタクルコネクタ。
