Abstract

【課題】複数の異種料理を混在しないよう仕切る仕切皿において、洗浄機にかけ易い形状を備えた仕切皿を提供する。【解決手段】皿本体１と、この皿本体１の上面に一定幅にて形成された外周縁２と、この外周縁にて囲繞され、且つ異種の食物を個々に区分して並べる。又、前記外周縁より低い高さに仕切山壁３にて形成された複数のくぼみ部４と、前記皿本体の底部に形成されると共に、外周縁にて囲まれた空間面積より小面積でしかも相似形の突出平坦部とで仕切皿を形成する。【選択図】図１

Description

本考案は、複数の異種料理を混在しないよう仕切る仕切皿に関するものである。
通常、食事用の皿の中で、仕切皿は一枚に複数の異種料理を乗せた際、それぞれの料理に伴う料理液が混ざり合うことはなく使用後の皿洗いも１枚で済むため、多数の食事を提供する教育施設や介護施設で多く利用されている。
また、発育盛りの幼児から青少年、そして持病や成人病で食事制限を行う必要がある成人、老人に食品分類毎の食材の分量が簡単にわかるような配慮すること、さらには摂るべきものと制限すべきものとを容易に見分けて食事を摂る仕組みを講ずる必要がある。
而して食事療法用食器並びに食事療法用表示部材及び食事療法のための食品の表示法の名称で、患者がカロリーや栄養配分の計算をしなくても栄養バランスの良い食事が簡便に用意できる食事療法用食器として、仕切皿の縁と仕切面に食品のイラストとカロリー数を表示して一日取得カロリー表示と身長による理想体重表示を書き入れている仕切皿として文献１がある。
しかしながら、文献１にある従来の合成樹脂製仕切皿の底面には上面の仕切山壁の部分が溝となっておりその溝部分に付着した汚れが落ちにくく、且つ、上下に同形の仕切皿を複数枚重ね合わせて、洗浄機に収納するので、その部分に洗浄水が行き渡らず、汚れが落ち難く衛生上の問題点を残していた。

従来の合成樹脂製仕切皿の底面には、上面の仕切山壁の部分が溝となっておりその溝部分に付着した汚れが落ちにくく、且つ、上下に同形の仕切皿を複数枚重ね合わせて、洗浄機に収納するので、その部分に洗浄水が行き渡らず、汚れが落ち難く衛生上の問題点を残していた。
本考案は、皿本体の上面に一定幅にて外周縁を形成し、仕切りは前記外周縁より低い高さに形成し、前記皿本体の底部を、外周縁にて囲まれた空間面積より小面積でしかも相似形で平面状の突出平坦部を成すことにより、上記課題を解決するものである。
（１）請求項１により、食事で使用済みの汚れた皿本体を洗浄機に複数枚並べて収納し、洗浄する際、底側が平面状でくぼみも溝もないため、汚れが残らないのはもちろん、洗い終えた皿を複数枚重ねても皿本体の上面外周縁が上の皿の外周縁下面を支えることにより上の皿の底部はくぼみに接触せず、清潔さを保つことができる。
（２）請求項３により、くぼみ部に並べられる食物の名称を付すことにより、摂るべき食品分類が一目瞭然となり、家庭や介護の現場での作業性が向上し、且つ健康維持を配慮した食事管理において有益となる。

以下、本考案を実施例として揚げた図面に基づいて説明すると、図１は仕切皿を示す正面図であって、皿本体１は、上面に一定幅Ｓにて外周縁２を形成して、この外周縁２にて囲繞されると共に仕切山壁３により各種食物を並べるくぼみ部４を複数区分に形成している。
図２は、皿本体１の底部５を示し、くぼみや溝のない平面状にすることにより、汚れが付きにくく洗い易くすると共に、複数の皿本体１を重ねられるように、底部５の外周幅員Ｂは、外周縁２の内周幅員Ａより小さくして、仕切山壁３の高さは上面の外周縁２よりも低くして、底部５の突出平坦部６が収まる形に作り収納できるようにする。
材質については、合成樹脂、強化ガラス他材質に限りはない。
皿本体の複数のくぼみ部４に食品分類名Ｆを表示して、摂取すべき食品を示している。もちろんイラストを描いてもよい。示す食品が乗っていなければ、どの種類の栄養が不足するか提供者も食べる側も目視にて確認できる。

Claims (3)

  1. 皿本体と、この皿本体の上面に一定幅にて形成された外周縁と、この外周縁にて囲繞され、且つ異種の食物を個々に区分して並べると共に、前記外周縁より低い高さに仕切山壁にて形成された複数のくぼみ部と、前記皿本体の底部に形成されると共に、外周縁にて囲まれた空間面積より小面積でしかも相似形の突出平坦部とで成したことを特徴とした仕切皿。
  2. 前記皿本体のくぼみ部及び突出底部は、四辺形に形成したことを特徴とする請求項１記載の仕切皿。
  3. 前記くぼみ部に、並べられる食物の名称が付されていることを特徴とした請求項１又は２に記載の仕切皿。
