形面8a上に形成されている溶融成形膜の冷却・固化に
よる成形終了時には、部分的に厚肉部5aを有した表皮
材5を得ることが可能となる。

パウダースラッシュ成形方法において、表皮材(5)の
一部を厚肉部(5a)として形成するにあたって、成形
用金型(8)およびパウダーボックス(7)の回転途中
で、成形用金型(8)の成形面(8a)のうち前記厚肉
部(5a)に対応する部分が下方位置となったときに、
成形用金型(8)およびパウダーボックス(7)の回転
を所定時間だけ一旦停止させることを特徴とする表皮材
のパウダースラッシュ成形方法。
