Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a support device for a roof top scaffold, and in particular, a support device for a roof top scaffold suitable for constructing a temporary passage on a roof in a replacement work of a roof made of large wave slate tiles such as a roof of a station platform. About.

Tile and other roofing materials have long and short lives. Roofing materials that have reached the end of their life need to be replaced. In the case of replacement, it is necessary to construct a scaffold for construction such as a temporary passage. With regard to this scaffold, conventionally, for example, structures as described in Patent Documents 1 to 3 have been proposed.

Large wave slate tiles have long been used on station platforms and factory roofs. These have been replaced in recent years. This is because aging is progressing. It also has the purpose of removing asbestos because it contains it.
In the case of replacement, as described above, it is necessary to construct a scaffold such as a temporary passage. However, large wave slate roof tiles are often fragile due to aging. For this reason, for example, in a large scaffold as described in each patent document, a large wave slate roof tile is heavy and cannot be tolerated.

As this solution, for example, it is assumed that the scaffolding is raised from the ground. That is, it is conceivable that a scaffolding beam is placed on the roof and the scaffold is supported by this beam so as not to apply a weight to the large wave slate tile.
However, when considering the platform of a station, for example, there is often no room for standing columns in the platform or the vicinity. Moreover, if the scaffold beam is supported by the pillars at both ends, the span of the pillar will be very long. It is necessary to thicken the columns and beams, which is expensive and time consuming.

For this reason, in the past, experienced craftsmen went up to the roof first, searched for hard-to-break places and clues for fixing, and adjusted the horizontality by appropriately biting a pillow made of square material etc. While paying attention to it, a scaffold board was installed directly on the roof to make a temporary passage. In addition, it has been practiced to place a scaffolding board directly without a pillow.
In the replacement work, each worker was allowed to pass there while paying close attention not to break the large wave slate roof tiles due to the force and shock applied to the scaffold. This is because even if it is installed so that there is no backlash, the tiles will not break due to the impact of walking or the weight of luggage. In addition, if there is no particular response to play, the risk increases and further attention is required.
Needless to say, this is difficult to work with. It is also inconvenient to require experience for installation.

The purpose of the present invention is to solve such problems, and it is not necessary to be careful when passing through a temporary passage. It can be installed even if it is not a veteran, easy to install and remove, simple in structure, and inexpensive. The object is to realize a support device for the scaffold on the roof.

In order to solve the above-described problem, in the support apparatus for a roofing scaffold according to claim 1, a support for supporting a scaffold member disposed on the roofing material is inserted into an insertion hole formed in the roofing material. It is erected on a purlin girder that supports the roofing material.
Moreover, in the support apparatus for roof top scaffolding of Claim 2 which quotes Claim 1, the lower end of the said support | pillar is made into a tapping screw, this tapping screw is screwed in the attachment hole of the said purlin beam, and the said support | pillar is the said support | pillar. It is erected in the purlin girder.

If it is made into the structure like the support apparatus for roof top scaffolding of Claim 1, a weight etc. of the scaffold board | plate and the operator who rides on it will not be applied with respect to a roofing material. Therefore, even if the roofing material is fragile like an aging large wave slate tile, the replacement work can be performed smoothly.
Moreover, the operation of drilling an insertion hole in the roofing material and erecting the column in the purlin girder below can be performed sufficiently even if not experienced. Therefore, no experience with this work is required.
Furthermore, if the structure is like the support device for rooftop scaffolding according to claim 2, the pillar can be erected only by making a hole in the purlin girder and screwing a tapping screw into it, and the work is further simplified.

The details of the present invention will be described based on the illustrated embodiment. For the contents of each figure, refer to the brief description of the drawings. In these drawings, reference numeral 20 denotes a roof, and a large wave slate tile 2 is sown on a purlin beam 1. 3 is the left end of the large wave slate roof tile 2. Reference numeral 4 denotes a hook bolt, and the upper side thereof is inserted into a hook bolt hole (not shown) of the large wave slate roof tile 2 and protrudes from the large wave slate roof tile 2. A felt packing 5 and a washer 6 are externally fitted on the protruding hook bolt 4, and a nut 7 is tightened from above. As a result, the large wave slate roof tile 2 is fixed to the purlin beam 1. Here, this large-wave slate roof tile 2 is a target for replacement. In addition, 8 shown by FIG. 3 etc. is a part corresponding to a windbreak board.

The temporary passage 10 on the roof 20 is installed as follows. First, the dimensions of the scaffold plate 9 are, for example, a length of 1,950 mm and a width of 300 mm. Further, the interval between the purlin beams 1 is 900 mm, for example. Here, two scaffold plates 9 are arranged side by side as a temporary passage 10.
Accordingly, a necessary number of insertion holes 13 having an appropriate size, for example, a diameter of 30 mm, are drilled in the portion of the large wave slate roof tile 2 that hits the main beam 1 at an interval of, for example, 1,950 mm (FIGS. 7 and 8). ). Further, a hole 21 having a predetermined diameter for the tapping screw 14, for example, a hole of 4 mm, is formed in the purlin beam 1 at a position below the insertion hole 13 (FIGS. 7 and 8).

Thereafter, a long nut 18 shown in FIG. 16 is screwed onto the head of the tapping screw 14 shown in FIG. You may screw together beforehand. The tapping screw 14 is commercially available with the rubber packing washer 19 of FIG. 18 fitted in advance. Here, these are shown separately in FIG. 17 and FIG. This is to more clearly show the shape.
The long nut 18 is rotated, and the tapping screw 14 is screwed into the tapping screw hole 21 of the purlin 1. The long nut 18 is tightened until the washer 19 with rubber packing is pressed by the purlin 1 and the long nut 18 does not turn. Thus, the long nut 18 is fixed to the purlin 1. All screw bolts 22 are screwed into the long nut 18. Thereafter, the felt packing 17 shown in FIG. 15 and the washer 16 shown in FIG. 14 are externally fitted to the entire screw bolt 22, and a nut 23 is screwed from above to be pressed into the insertion hole 13. This prevents leakage during construction.

Next, the seat 40 is fixed above the long nut 18. The seat 40 is sandwiched and fixed by two nuts 24 screwed into the long nut 18. You may fix to all the screw bolts 22 beforehand. Thus, the entire screw bolt 22 and the seat 40 are erected on the purlin beam 1.
The height of the seat 40 is the same on the eaves side and the ridge side. The height adjustment is performed by moving the nut 24 holding the seat 40. The position of the seat 40 may be determined by calculation in advance, and the entire screw bolt 22 in such a state may be screwed into the long nut 18.

The C channel 11 is spanned between the eaves side receiving seat 40A and the ridge side receiving seat 40B. A hole 27 formed in the standing piece 26 is inserted from the outside of the receiving seat 40, and a tapping screw 28 is screwed into the receiving hole 32 of the C channel 11. Thus, the vicinity of each end of the C channel 11 is fixed to the seat 40.
Between the two C channels 11 adjacent to each other in the left-right direction, two scaffolding plates 9 are arranged side by side. Thereafter, the scaffolding plate 9 is bound to the C channel 11 by the wire 12. You may fix to the C channel 11 with a volt | bolt.

The above operation is repeated as many times as necessary, and the temporary passage 10 is installed at a required location on the roof 20. The scaffold plate 9 is displayed as being continuous in the left-right direction in FIG. Actually, they are connected by bolts and nuts not shown every 1,950 mm.
Details of the seat 40 are shown in FIG. The receiving seat 40 is formed into a standing piece 26 by press molding and bent right and left upward. In order to increase the rigidity, two ribs 29 are formed from the bottom surface to the vertical piece. An insertion hole 31 for all screw bolts 22 is formed in the center of the bottom surface. Three insertion holes 27 for tapping screws 28 are formed in each of the left and right standing pieces 26.

With the structure described above, the weight of the worker who walks on the scaffold board 9 and the weight of the material are not applied to the large wave slate roof tile 2 at all. Therefore, even if the roof tile 2 becomes aging and brittle, there is no need to worry about the damage. The roof 20 can be moved freely and safely, and the replacement work can be performed quickly.
In addition, the structure is simpler than the scaffolds described in each patent document, and the weight does not impose a burden on the roof 20. The whole is not bulky and is easy to transport and handle.

In addition, when replacing with a new roof tile, the upper part from all the screw bolts 22 should just be removed sequentially. The tapping screw 14 and the long nut 18 may be left as long as they do not get in the way. Remove it if it gets in the way, you want to reuse it, or you don't want to leave something unneeded.
Moreover, as can be understood from the above-described procedure, the support device 30 according to the present invention is easier to install than the scaffolds described in each patent document. And as explained here, removal is also easy. This is another feature of the present invention.

Note that the tapping screw 14, the long nut 18, the full screw bolt 22 and the receiving seat 40 correspond to the pillars described in the claims. In the embodiment, each part is separated. This is because commercially available members are used for members other than the seat 40, and it is arbitrary whether the respective parts are integrated or separated.
Further, the lower end is not limited to the tapping screw 14. This portion is, for example, a normal bolt, and a nut that may be screwed into the main beam 1 is screwed from under the roof. Furthermore, the portion of the tapping screw 14 and all the screw bolts 22 on the portion need not be screws. It may be a rod, pipe or other member. The point is that the column is fixed to the purlin girder 1 through the insertion hole 13 drilled in the large wave slate roof tile 2 or the like and can support the roof top scaffold. Any structure is acceptable.

Further, the C channel 11 and the scaffold plate 9 are equivalent to the scaffold member described in the claims. The column according to the claims functions so that the weight of the scaffold member is received by the purlin beam 1. Therefore, the shape of the support post composed of the receiving seat 40 and the like is also determined so as to match the shape of the scaffold member to be supported, and is not limited to the shape and structure of the embodiment. . The shape of the scaffold member is also arbitrary.

The large-wave slate tile 2 hits the roofing material referred to in the claims. The roofing material may be cement tile, tin plate or the like. These usually have base materials such as field boards, which generally do not age so much. Therefore, there is not much problem even when riding directly on the roof 20 during construction. However, there are also examples in which veneers and control panels (plywood for formwork) are used, and such base materials may be brittle. In such a case, the bearing device 30 according to the present invention is useful.

In the embodiment, the roof 20 of the station is taken as an example. As mentioned above, such a roof is difficult to stand. The present invention is useful when applied to such objects. However, in the first place, it is preferable if it is not necessary to set up scaffolding pillars on the ground or floor in the replacement work or other roof work. In this respect, the present invention can be applied to various roofs such as factories.
