Abstract
Description
図1に、本考案の汚濁水浄化装置の一例の構成を示す。本考案の汚濁水浄化装置1は、汚濁水を浄化するために用いられるものであって、図示するように、化学薬品を用いた化学的浄化手段10と、バクテリヤを生息付着させた濾材による濾過を用いた生物的浄化手段20と、特殊濾材による圧力濾過を用いた物理的浄化手段30と、を備えるものである。以下、本考案の汚濁水浄化装置1を用いて汚泥を含む汚濁水を処理する場合について説明するが、上述したように、本考案の浄化装置は、工場や商業施設等から排出される各種汚濁物質を含む排水などにも広範に適用可能であり、その用途は特に制限されない。
汚濁水としての、建設現場より採取された各種汚濁物質を含む原水を、図1に示す汚濁水浄化装置を用いて処理した。処理に際しては、まず、原水を図示しない前処理槽に導入し、貯留量10m3に対し投入量100リットルにて分離促進剤Aを投入して攪拌し、0.5時間放置した。その後、汚泥と分離した汚水を、図1に示す汚濁水浄化装置に導入した。

- 汚濁水を浄化する汚濁水浄化装置であって、化学薬品を用いた化学的浄化手段と、バクテリヤを生息付着させた濾材による濾過を用いた生物的浄化手段と、特殊濾材による圧力濾過を用いた物理的浄化手段と、を備えていることを特徴とする汚濁水浄化装置。
