Abstract
【解決手段】LED基板ヒートシンク構造と該構造を含むLED灯管1は、複数の溶接点12を敷設したLED基板10を含み、LED基板の溶接点上にナノメートル粉末および粘着剤を含む塗布層30を塗布し、塗布層を有するLEDを灯管中に収容し、塗布層が高い放射率、耐温性、且つ、絶縁性等の特性を有することにより、該LED基板が発生する熱の排除を加速し、また、塗布層が溶接点表面と空気の接触する面積を増加でき、LED基板のヒートシンク面積102を拡大し、排熱を加速する。

Claims (18)
- 複数の溶接点を敷設したLED基板を含み、該LEDの該溶接点上に塗布層を塗布し、該塗布層がナノメートル粉末及び粘着剤を含むことを特徴とするLED基板ヒートシンク構造。
- 前記ナノメートル粉末が熱輻射ナノメートル粉末であり、それがナノメートル粘土、ナノメートル二酸化シリコン及び遠赤外線セラミックの混合焼結物またはその混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のLED基板ヒートシンク構造。
- 前記塗布層の厚さが10マイクロメートル〜25マイクロメートルの間であることを特徴とする請求項2記載のLED基板ヒートシンク構造。
- 前記ナノメートル粉末が窒化ボロン粉末であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のLED基板ヒートシンク構造。
- 前記塗布層の厚さが10マイクロメートル〜30マイクロメートルの間であることを特徴とする請求項4記載のLED基板ヒートシンク構造。
- 前記粘着剤がポリイミド樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のLED基板ヒートシンク構造。
- 前記粘着剤がアクリル樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のLED基板ヒートシンク構造。
- 前記粘着剤がポリエステル樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のLED基板ヒートシンク構造。
- 前記塗布層が70〜80%重量のナノメートル粉末及び10〜20%重量の粘着剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のLED基板ヒートシンク構造。
- 照射面とヒートシンク面を有し、複数の溶接点を設け、該照射面が複数のLEDを設けるLEDを基板と、
該溶接点上に塗布され、ナノメートル粉末と粘着剤を含む塗布層と、
該LED基板を収容し、左右二側の該LED基板のヒートシンク面に相対する管壁上にそれぞれ複数のヒートシンク孔を設ける管体と、
を含むことを特徴とするLED基板ヒートシンク構造を含むLED灯管。 - 前記ナノメートル粉末が熱輻射ナノメートル粉末であり、それがナノメートル粘土、ナノメートル二酸化シリコン及び遠赤外線セラミックの混合焼結物またはその混合物であることを特徴とする請求項10記載のLED基板ヒートシンク構造を含むLED灯管。
- 前記塗布層の厚さが10マイクロメートル〜25マイクロメートルの間であることを特徴とする請求項11記載のLED基板ヒートシンク構造を含むLED灯管。
- 前記ナノメートル粉末が窒化ボロン粉末であることを特徴とする請求項10記載のLED基板ヒートシンク構造を含むLED灯管。
- 前記塗布層の厚さが10マイクロメートル〜30マイクロメートルの間であることを特徴とする請求項13記載のLED基板ヒートシンク構造を含むLED灯管。
- 前記粘着剤がポリイミド樹脂である請求項10記載のLED基板ヒートシンク構造を含むLED灯管。
- 前記粘着剤がアクリル樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項10記載のLED基板ヒートシンク構造を含むLED灯管。
- 前記粘着剤がポリエステル樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項10記載のLED基板ヒートシンク構造を含むLED灯管。
