Abstract

【課題】片方の手だけで実行でき、また簡便にゴムバンドの反発力を利用し、指を１本１本反らす事で、弱まった指に筋力をつける事のできる手指強化具を提供する。
【解決手段】台３にゴムバンド２を取り付け、該ゴムバンドの両端に指バンド１を取り付け、手指４を指バンド１と台３との間に入れて、指の筋力強化のため、ゴムバンドの反発力に抗して上下に動かせるようにする。

Description

手指の筋力強化を片方の手で行える。
手で握るのではなく、逆に指を１本１本反らして指の筋力をつける。
手指の第一関節と第二関節の筋力を強くする為に、指をゴムバンドで抑えて逆に力を加えて指の筋力を強くする。
弱まった指の筋力を片手で握りながら、１本１本の手指４と指バンド１と台３の間に入れて上下に動かし、ゴムの反発の力を利用して１本１本の指の筋力を強化する。
弱まった指の筋力をゴムバンドの反発力を利用して指の上下運動で指の筋力を強化する。
台３に指バンド１を付けたゴムバンド２を取り付けし、手指４を指バンド１と台３の間に入れて指バンド１を上下に可動する。
