Is provided, wherein the surface of the cooling plate is disposed obliquely with respect to the axial direction of the rod-shaped main body, the surface of the cooling plate is formed in a convex shape, near the center of the main body Has a first feature in that it has a substantially circular shape and a substantially triangular front shape in which the distal end side in the axial direction of the main body is reduced. The second feature is that gap plates are provided along the gap. [Operation] According to the first feature of the present invention, the cooling plate can be reliably applied not only to the cheeks of the face but also to a place having large irregularities such as the vicinity of the nose. According to the second feature, since the wind from the cooling fan flows along the radiating fins, the radiating effect of the radiating fins is improved, and thus the cooling of the cooling plate is efficiently performed. [Embodiment] The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings. This cooling facial device has a cooling plate made of a good heat conductor such as aluminum in an opening formed obliquely at the tip of a rod-shaped main body 1. The cooling surface of the cooling plate 2 is in contact with the cooling surface of the Peltier element 8, and the heat radiation surface of the Peltier element 8 is connected to the radiation fin through a radiation base 10 made of a good conductor. 11 is connected. As shown in FIG. 4, the Peltier element 10 sandwiched between the heat radiating base 10 and the cooling plate 2 connected to each other by the screw 23 cools the cooling plate 2 and radiates heat to the heat radiating base 10 side. The heat transmitted to the heat radiating base 10 is radiated to the outside by the heat radiating fins 11. In the drawing, reference numeral 9 denotes a heat insulating rubber for heat insulation and waterproof between the heat radiating base 10 and the cooling plate 2, and 20 denotes a heat radiating rubber projecting from the inner surface of the main body 1 to radiate heat from the internal space of the main body 1 to the cooling plate 2 side. These ribs are separated from the fin 11 side. The heat radiation fins 11 here are cylindrical in shape with radial fins protruding from the outer peripheral surface. Inside the heat radiation fins 11, an overheat prevention device 13 is disposed via an insulating tube 12. As shown in FIG. 5, on the inner surface of the upper portion of the main body 1, there is provided a gap plate 24 shaped so as to follow the outer shape of the radiation fin 11 at a small interval. When the motor 17 rotates the cooling fan 16 provided inside the other end of the main body 1, the gap plate 24 allows air entering the main body 1 from the suction port 5 formed on the outer surface on one end of the main body 1. The heat radiation fin 11 is made to flow along the outer surface of the heat radiation fin 11, thereby enhancing the heat radiation effect of the heat radiation fin 11. The air that has flowed into the main body 1 and cooled the radiation fins 11 is supplied to a discharge port 19 provided at the other end of the main body 1.
It is discharged to the outside. Heat dissipation fins for over-temperature prevention device 13
The reason why the cooling fan 16 is disposed inside the cooling fan 16 is that the temperature of the radiating fins 11 can be detected by heat transfer without being affected by the wind. In the figure, 14 is a suction ring for allowing air to efficiently flow into the cooling fan 16, 18 is a rectifying vane for regulating the flow of wind, 15
Is a wiring groove provided between the suction ring 14 and the inner surface of the main body 1 for passing through the Peltier element 8 and the over-temperature protection device 13, and 7 is a power cord. As described above, the cooling plate 2 cooled by the Peltier element 8 is disposed obliquely at the tip of the main body 1. For this reason, the cooling plate 2 is held on the face by holding the rod-shaped main body 1. The hitting operation can be performed without difficulty, and there is no need to take a posture of lifting the hand as in the case where the axial direction of the main body 1 and the cooling plate 2 are orthogonal to each other. It is something that does not become. Further, the cooling plate 2 has a substantially triangular front surface having a convex surface and a substantially circular shape near the center of the main body and a reduced tip end in the axial direction of the main body, as shown in FIG. It is formed as a shape,
For this reason, when cooling a wide area such as the cheek or forehead,
A wide part can be used, and a narrow part on the tip side can be used for an uneven part such as around the nose.

Since the cooling plate is provided obliquely, the cooling plate can be applied to the face without forcing the hand holding the body, and the face can be cooled easily and reliably. In addition, since the surface of the cooling plate has a substantially triangular shape, it is possible to use the surface of the cooling plate reliably not only in wide areas such as the cheeks of the face, but also in places with large irregularities such as near the nose. The presence of a gap plate along the outer periphery of the radiating fin with a small gap means that the wind from the cooling fan flows along the radiating fin, and the radiation effect of the radiating fin is good. Therefore, the cooling of the cooling plate is efficiently performed.
