SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In a method of manufacturing a decorative material having a see-through property, the present invention relates to a transparent or translucent transparent fine pattern such as a net, a dot or a stripe which is formed in a convex shape. On the substrate to be transferred, a transparent release varnish layer on the base film, a concealing pattern layer in which a pattern layer is laminated on one or both of the upper and lower sides of the solid concealing layer, and a transfer foil in which an adhesive layer is laminated in this order, The above problem was solved by transferring the material onto the substrate to be transferred in a desired fine pattern by overlapping and pressing the substrate.

[Function] If the substrate to be transferred has a convex shape, even if the transfer foil is pressed from above, only the substrate of the convex portion and the transfer foil of the portion sandwiched between the press rolls are actually pressed. And only that portion is bonded by the adhesive layer. Since pressure is not applied to other parts, the adhesive layer does not work and remains on the base film.
