Conventionally, a flat plate block used as a roadbed material for a sidewalk, a tree mat, a wall material for a building, or the like is generally known (see Patent Document 1).
In this known technique, a wood chip and a resin-based adhesive are kneaded and deposited, compression-molded, and the surface is similarly coated with a resin-based adhesive to form a film and dried.
In addition, each used material is composed of substances that can be recycled to the natural cycle after use, and has a natural color according to the used material and has a natural texture and a wooden pavement material using the same A paving method is known (see Patent Document 2).
This known technique mixes wood chips and / or wood fibers with an emulsion mainly composed of rosin and, if necessary, an emulsion containing other resins and fine aggregates, etc. By leveling, rolling and compacting, a wooden pavement having a natural color according to the wood material used and excellent in natural texture can be obtained.
In addition, there is known a laying block that has improved wear resistance and strength required as a road pavement material while ensuring water retention and water permeability (see Patent Document 3).
This known technique is made of water-permeable concrete with aggregates of crushed stone for roads with a particle size of about 0.6 to 5 mm on the surface layer, and cement and concrete admixtures with wood chips such as cypress adjusted to a particle size of 10 mm or less for the base layer. It is a multi-layered structure using wood concrete mixed with water.

The road board material for the sidewalk of the present invention is a multi-layer integrated structure in which waste pieces and thinned wood are crushed and the shape and dimensions are adjusted, relatively small pieces are joined to the upper layer and relatively large pieces are joined to the lower layer. It is what.
The upper layer portion is obtained by kneading and depositing a wood piece having a length of 10 mm or less and a rubber-based adhesive, and compression-molding them into a block shape.
The lower layer portion is obtained by kneading and depositing a wood piece having a length of 10 mm to 30 mm and mortar cement, and compression-molding it into a block shape.
The road board material for a sidewalk of the present invention is a square wooden block (wood block), and is formed with a connecting step in which an upper layer portion and a lower layer portion are horizontally shifted in a vertical and horizontal direction or a diagonal direction.

Since the road board material for sidewalks of the present invention is entirely made of wood, it has high water permeability and can reduce rainwater into the soil, so it can be expected to suppress the heat island phenomenon, and it has cushioning properties that put a burden on the foot. Absent.
The road board material for sidewalks of the present invention is a square wooden block (wood block) in which a connecting step is formed between the upper layer portion and the lower layer portion, so that weeds are difficult to grow from the joint portion. Moreover, the wooden block (wood block) provided with the connecting step shifted in the vertical and horizontal directions or the diagonal direction can suppress the rising of the wooden block (wood block) due to the meshing effect of the two surfaces.
The weight of the road board material for sidewalks of the present invention is one-fourth the weight of conventional concrete products, has excellent effects such as excellent workability and work efficiency.

Wood block).
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, a connecting step 5 having a structure in which the upper layer portion 3 and the lower layer portion 4 are horizontally shifted in the diagonal direction is formed.
Note that the connecting step 5 may be simply shifted horizontally in the vertical or horizontal direction.

As shown in FIG. 2 (a), which is a partially enlarged AA sectional view of FIG. 5, the upper layer portion 3 is obtained by kneading a relatively small piece 1 having a length of 10 mm or less and a rubber-based adhesive 6 to form a rectangular formwork. And it is compression molded into blocks.
In the upper layer part 3, since the small pieces 1 are relatively joined to each other at random, a minute gap is formed and water permeability is maintained.
