凹凸曲面においても、研磨シート(5)を曲面に倣い、面で当接させる事ができる。特に凹曲面において曲面半径の小さな部分に対しては、従来の円柱状パット(6)では、エッジ部分しか当接させる事が出来ない。
又、研磨シートは一度で使いきるものではないため、従来の粘着式研磨シート(7)では作業服等に貼り付けて持ち歩いているのであるが、粘着性のため剥がれ落ちる事が多々ある。
本考案による研磨パットでは、作業服や作業ズボン、作業帽子等の一部に、面ファスナー雌を縫い付ける等により取り付けておけば、樹脂板(3)を折りたたみ、面ファスナー雄(4)を貼り付けて持ち歩く事が出来る。
