Description

The present invention relates to an iron sleeper insulation joint device that insulates an iron sleeper used for a railway track from a signal track circuit, and an iron sleeper insulating material used therefor, and more particularly, a central insulation that insulates at the center of the iron sleeper. The present invention relates to an iron sleeper insulation joint device and a structure of an insulating material for iron sleepers that can maintain a complete insulation state.

In recent years, the use of iron sleepers has been attracting attention as sleepers for railway tracks due to advantages such as durability, recyclability, and ease of maintenance. On the other hand, in the railway track, since the left and right rails on which the vehicle travels with respect to the signal equipment are configured as part of the electric circuit via the wheels of the vehicle, the left and right rails are directly on the iron sleeper. When rails are laid, the rails are electrically connected and the track circuit is short-circuited. Therefore, when an iron sleeper is used, it is necessary to provide an insulating structure between the left and right rails.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, for example, as shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the iron sleeper on which the left and right rails 101 and 102 are laid is divided at the central portion so as to insulate the left and right iron sleepers. , 11, 12, and an insulating joint device that fixes the insulating plate 31 between the end face plates 21, 22 provided at the ends of the left and right iron sleepers with a plurality of connecting means 40 mounted around the end face plate. There is a central insulation scheme to be used.
In the connecting means 40, the end plates 21, 22 are connected to the end plates 21, 22 by an insulating tube 42 with a flange 42 a attached to the hole 23 of the end plate 21, the hole 24 of the end plate 22, and the hole 32 of the insulating plate 31. The shaft 41b of the fastening bolt 41 to be insulated is inserted, the insulating washer 43 (flange 42a) and the iron washer 44 are mounted on both sides of the insulating plate 31, and tightened by the fastening nut 46 via the washer 45. The end plates 21 and 22 are connected and fixed together.

According to the structure of the insulation joint device by the above-described central insulation system, the left and right iron sleeper end plates 21 and 22 are arranged close to each other, so that, for example, as shown in FIG. There is a possibility that the end face plates 21 and 22 may be short-circuited by flying under the influence of wind or the like and existing between the end face plates 21 and 22 across the end face plates.
Further, since the insulating plate 31 and the insulating tube 42 are composed of different members, when rainwater enters the part B between the two due to the influence of wind and rain, etc., the iron sleeper There is a possibility that the insulation resistance (insulation resistance between the end face plates 21 and 22) in the connecting means 40 may be lowered.

The present invention has been proposed in consideration of the above circumstances, and in the iron sleeper insulation joint device using this by improving the shape of the insulation material for the iron sleeper sandwiched between the end face plates, It is an object to obtain a structure capable of maintaining a highly insulating state.

In order to achieve the above object, the invention of claim 1 is characterized in that a pair of iron sleepers having end plates 21 and 22 are sandwiched between the end plates and fixed to the end plates by bolts and nuts. A flange portion 2 is formed around the flat portion 1.
A tube portion 4 having a wall surface that can be inserted into a hole provided in the end face plate is formed at a desired position of the flat surface portion 1.

The invention of claim 2 is the insulating material 30 for iron sleepers according to claim 1, wherein the cross-sectional shape of the base portion of the flange portion 2 and the base portion of the tube portion 4 in the insulating material 30 is round. It is characterized in that it is molded so as to have parts 6 and 7).

The invention according to claim 3 is an iron pillow in which an insulating material is sandwiched between the end face plates of a pair of iron sleepers having end face plates 21 and 22, and the insulating material is attached and fixed to the end face plate by fastening bolts and fastening nuts. Insulating joint device 10,
While the insulating material 30 is integrally formed of an insulating resin,

The tube part 4 formed integrally with the insulating material 30 is interposed between the end face plates 21 and 22 so that a complete insulation state between the end face plates 21 and 22 is maintained.

According to the present invention, since the flange portion 2 is formed around the insulating material 30, when the insulating material 30 is sandwiched between the end surface plates 21 and 22, the upper surface side of the end surface plates 21 and 22 is the flange portion of the insulating material 30. 4, and even when a conductive member has come to this portion, no short circuit occurs between the end face plates 21 and 22.
In addition, since the tube portion 4 is formed integrally with the insulating material 30, rainwater or the like does not invade between the front and back surfaces of the insulating material 30, and insulation at the connection points such as between end plates is performed. A reduction in resistance can be prevented and a highly reliable insulating structure can be obtained.

An example of an embodiment of an insulating material for iron sleepers according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the iron sleeper insulating material 30 is an insulating material disposed between the end face plates 21 and 22 provided at the end of the iron sleeper.

As shown in FIG. 1, the insulating material 30 for iron sleepers is formed as a flat plate having a desired thickness by injection molding using an insulating material such as synthetic resin. As shown in FIG. 1, the insulating material 30 has a flat portion 1 having a desired thickness as a hexagonal shape lacking the triangular corners of the two upper sides of the rectangle so as to be in close contact with the overall shape of the end face plate of the iron sleeper. It is formed.
Flange portions 2 projecting on both sides of the front and back surfaces are formed over the entire periphery of the flat surface portion 1 so that the end surface plates 21 and 22 can be fitted to the front and back surfaces of the flat plate 1. Has been.

Holes 3 through which fastening bolts pass are formed at a plurality of desired positions (for example, four locations) of the flat surface portion 1, and the cylindrical tube portion 4 is surrounded on each surface (surface and surface) so as to surround the holes 3. It is formed so as to protrude from the back surface.
Each tube part 4 is formed in the diameter of the magnitude | size which can be inserted with respect to the hole parts 23 and 24 provided in the end surface plates 21 and 22. FIG.
The protruding height of each tube portion 4 protruding from the front and back surfaces is formed higher than the height protruding to one surface side of the flange portion 2.

In order to maintain the strength of the flange portion 2 and the tube portion 4, the insulating material 30 is formed so that the base of the flange portion 2 and the cross-sectional shape of the base of the tube portion 4 have round portions 6 and 7.
On the other hand, round portions 26 and 27 having the same size as the round portions 6 and 7 provided in the flange portion 2 and the tube portion 4 are also provided in the outer peripheral portion 25 of the end face plates 21 and 22 and the hole portions 23 and 24 of the end face plate. ing.

Further, it is conceivable that the flange portion 2 of the insulating material 30 may come into impact contact with a heavy machine or the like used for branching equipment laying work. Even in such a case, the dimensions of each part of the insulating material 30 such as the dimensions of the tube part 4 of the insulating material 30 are appropriately determined so that the flange portion 2 of the insulating material 30 is not damaged, and the end face plates 21 and 22 and the insulating material. The gap of the 30 flange portions 2 is configured to be within 1 mm. Further, the external dimensions of the end face plates 21 and 22 and the dimensions of the holes 23 and 24 of the end face plates are determined according to the dimensions of the insulating material 30.

Subsequently, an iron sleeper insulation joint device using the iron sleeper insulating material having the above structure will be described.
The iron sleeper insulated joint device 10 has a pair of iron sleepers having flange-shaped end plates 21 and 22 formed on one end side so that the flange-shaped end plates face each other. It is connected and fixed by connecting means 40 with an insulating material 30 for iron sleepers for insulating between sleepers.

The structure of the connecting portion of the iron sleeper insulation joint device is such that an iron sleeper insulating material 30 is interposed between the end face plates 21 and 22, and the end face plate 21, the iron sleeper insulating material 30 and the end face plate 22 are provided. The holes are connected by four connecting means 40 configured to pass through the fastening bolts 41. In the example shown in the figure, the connecting means 40 are provided so as to be arranged at substantially equal intervals on the end face plates 21 and 22 around the iron sleeper.

The connecting means 40 inserts the shaft portion 41a of the fastening bolt 41 from the one end side to the end face plate 21, the insulating material 31 and the end face plate 22 through the disc-shaped insulating washer 43 and the iron washer 44, and the other end side. Insulation washer 43, iron washer 44, and loosening lock nut washer 45 having a notch are inserted, and these are fastened with a tightening nut 46. The inner diameter of the insulating washer 43 is formed to fit into the outer periphery of the tube portion 4 of the insulating material 30. With this structure, the fastening bolt 41 and the fastening nut 46 can be completely insulated from the end face plates 21 and 22 of the iron sleepers 11 and 12 and the end face plates 21 and 22.

According to the above structure, by providing the flange portion 2 on the iron sleeper insulating material 30, as shown in FIGS. 2 (b) and 2 (c), the upper surface and the periphery of the end face plates 21, 22 are insulated. It is possible to completely cover with the flange portion 2. As a result, it is possible to prevent a short circuit between the end face plates 21 and 22 even when a conductive member jumps over the end face plates 21 and 22 without exposing the periphery of the end face plates 21 and 22 to the outside. .

Moreover, in the connection means 40 of the left and right iron sleepers 11 and 12, as shown in FIG. 4, the end face plates 21 and 22 are completely blocked by the tube portion 4 of the iron sleeper insulating material 30. Therefore, rainwater or the like does not enter between the end face plates 21 and 22 (positions leading to the front and back of the iron sleeper insulating material 30), and insulation when wet can be ensured.

In an iron sleeper insulation joint device that employs a central insulation system that insulates at the center of the iron sleeper, the insulation structure between the left and right rails is ensured by adopting an insulating plate structure in which the flange and tube parts are integrally molded. Can be maintained, and a highly reliable signal track circuit can be constructed to promote the spread of iron sleepers.
