あつた。(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, since the above-mentioned conventional rail-shaped insulating plate is simply shaped to have approximately the same cross-sectional shape as the rail, the base of the head and torso, and the connection between the torso and feet are There was a problem in that the area near the base became a weak point, and the insulating plate would break at this point and fall off from the rail joint, causing the rail joint to lose its electrical insulation function and causing signal failure.

ある。(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a rail-shaped insulating plate for rail insulation used at an insulating joint of a rail, in which a rail is formed to have approximately the same cross-sectional shape as the rail. It is constructed by providing protrusions for locking the insulating joint plate recess on both sides of the body of the shaped insulating plate main body.

It is located in the inner recess of the insulating joint plate attached to the insulating joint plate and is sandwiched by the insulating joint plate, and if the weak point near the base of the head and body is broken, the insulating joint plate recess locking protrusion and If the foot remains at the rail joint and the weak point near the base of the body and foot is broken, the head and the protrusion for locking the insulating joint plate recess will remain at the rail joint, and both rails will be damaged. This prevents electrical short circuits and signal disturbances.

効果を有するものである。(Effects) As explained above, according to the present invention, in a rail-shaped insulating plate for rail insulation used at an insulating joint of a rail, the body of the rail-shaped insulating plate body is formed to have substantially the same cross-sectional shape as the rail. Since it has protrusions for locking the insulating joint plate recess on both sides,
The main body of the rail-type insulating plate has a protrusion for locking the insulating joint plate recess on both sides of the body, increasing the area of the body. The durability of the rail-shaped insulating plate can be significantly improved by reinforcing weak points near the base of the joint and the base of the torso and legs, and even if the weak point breaks, the insulating joint plate The concave locking protrusion locks into the concave portion of the insulating joint plate, and a portion of the rail-shaped insulating plate remains at the rail joint, thereby preventing electrical short circuits between both rails and signal failure. It also has various excellent effects, such as being compatible with conventional products in terms of use, and economically being able to be manufactured at almost the same price as conventional products.
