【解決手段】電池の両極に接続され、電圧を回復する電池の始動電圧や容量及び数量を所得する判読回路15と、判読回路からのメッセージを受信する制御回路14と、制御回路からの信号を受信し、電池の正極に正弦波パルスを印加して、電池内部の化学物質を喚起し、電池の電圧が、標準電圧まで回復される喚起回路13と、制御回路からの信号を受信し、喚起回路に入力された電圧レベルを調整する変圧整流回路12と、を備える。

Claims (6)
- 電池の両極に接続され、電圧を回復する電池の始動電圧や容量及び数量を取得する判読回路と、
判読回路からのメッセージを受信する制御回路と、
該制御回路からの信号を受信し、電池の正極に正弦波パルスを印加して、電池内部の化学物質を喚起し、電池の電圧が、標準電圧まで回復される喚起回路と、
該制御回路からの信号を受信し、該喚起回路に入力された電圧レベルを調整する変圧整流回路と、
が含有される、
ことを特徴とする乾電池電量完全使用器。 - 該正弦波パルスのレベルが、電池の標準電圧より0.5V乃至1.5V高くなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の乾電池電量完全使用器。
- 該喚起回路は、電池の正極に、1〜3秒/一回の正弦波パルスを印加して、電池内部の化学物質を喚起し、
電池に対する判読電圧は、始動電圧と標準電圧の差が、百分の70以上に回復した時、該正弦波パルスの周波数を、5〜7秒/一回に変換し、
電池に対する判読電圧は、始動電圧と標準電圧の差が、百分の90以上に回復した時、該正弦波パルスの周波数を、10〜12秒/一回に変換し、
また、
電池に対する判読電圧は、已始動電圧と標準電圧の差が、百分の99以上に回復した時、正弦波パルスをトリクルパルスに変換して、電池内部の化学物質を安定させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の乾電池電量完全使用器。 - 該判読回路は、更に、電池の両極に接続された温度制御回路が並列され、電池の喚起過程においての温度を測定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の乾電池電量完全使用器。
- 該変圧整流回路の電源は、交流電源を交直変換器により電圧が変換されて整流されるものを利用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の乾電池電量完全使用器。
- 該変圧整流回路の電源は、直流電源を直直変換器により電圧が変換されて整流されるものを利用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の乾電池電量完全使用器。
