BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for providing a fluid transport pipe having a fluid in the pipe, for example, a water pipe buried underground with a branch pipe, a valve or the like interposed in the middle thereof. The present invention relates to a pipe cut cover for covering a cut cut of the water pipe when a part of the water pipe is cut and removed in a state where water is not cut off and the inclusion is installed at the removal mark.

The above-mentioned pipe cut in the pipe cutting in the state where the fluid in the pipe is not interrupted remains in the cut-off state, so that it cannot be avoided that it comes into direct contact with the fluid in the pipe. For example, in a fluid transport pipe that may corrode such as a water pipe, corrosion of the pipe starts from the pipe cut end that has not been subjected to any lining treatment, and rust is mixed with the fluid in the pipe, or the durability of the pipe itself is reduced. There is a problem of lowering.

In order to achieve this object, the pipe cut cover according to the present invention is characterized in that the pipe cut cover can be closely contacted along the annular cut of the fluid transfer pipe without interrupting the flow of the fluid in the pipe. An annular contact member for pressing the flexible annular seal member against the cut, the annular seal member is provided on a pressing surface of the annular contact member, and the annular contact member is provided on the cut side. A reaction force receiving member for receiving a reaction force accompanying the pressing is provided on the opposite side to the pressing surface of the annular contact member so that the reaction force receiving member can be close to and separated from the annular contact member, and the annular contact member and the reaction force receiving member are provided. A connecting mechanism is provided for connecting the annular contact member and the reaction force receiving member along the connecting direction so as to be capable of being separated from each other.

According to the characteristic structure of the pipe cut cover according to the present invention, the pipe cut cover is arranged in a state where the annular seal member faces the cut of the fluid transport pipe cut in a state where the fluid in the pipe is not interrupted. By separating the annular contact member and the reaction force member, the annular seal member is pressed against the pipe cut in close contact with the pipe cut in a state where the reaction force is secured by the reaction force member, and covers the pipe cut so as to cover the fluid in the pipe. Can be disconnected. That is, by covering the pipe cut with the annular seal member, it is possible to suppress corrosion from the pipe cut.

[0008] In order to constitute the connecting mechanism, a pair of flexible connecting members are provided so as to face each other from the annular contact member to each end of the reaction force receiving member.
If the concave portions are formed in a curved shape facing each other, the pressing force is applied in a direction in which the curved top portions of both the connecting members are brought closer to each other, so that the elastic force of the two connecting members causes the annular contact member to react with the annular contact member. Both ends of the connecting member connected to the member are displaced in a direction away from each other, so that the annular seal member can be pressed against the tube cut and brought into close contact, while the structure of the tube cut cover is simplified. So you can
The resistance to the fluid in the pipe is reduced, and the pipe cut can be covered in a state where the flow of the fluid in the pipe is not hindered.

The connecting mechanism J includes the annular contact member 13
And two pairs of flexible connecting members 15 which are opposed to each other between the ends of the reaction force receiving member 14. Each of the connecting members 15 is formed in a curved shape by stainless steel, and in a state where the pipe cut cover C is arranged in the connection case 3, the concave portions of the respective connecting members 15 face each other along the up-down direction. So that the annular contact member 13
Both ends are fixed to the reaction force receiving member 14. The connecting member 15 disposed above has a convex portion fixed to the back surface of the lid 10 installed in the connection case 3.

According to the pipe cut cover C of the present embodiment, as the pipe cut cover C is lowered into the connection case 3 together with the lid 10, the projection of the lower connecting member 15 is connected. By contacting the bottom of the case 3 and further lowering the lid 10, the connecting members 15 at opposing positions are elastically deformed in a direction close to each other, and with the elastic deformation, the annular contact member 13 and the reaction force are deformed. The receiving member 14 can be separated from the other, and the reaction force receiving member 14 can be brought into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the connection case 3, and the annular contact member 13 can be brought into contact with the annular cut 4 a of the water pipe 1. The member 12 can be covered in close contact with the annular cut 4a.

<1> The pipe cut cover C is not limited to the shape described in the previous embodiment.

<2> Further, as another embodiment of the connecting mechanism J, as shown in FIG. 8A, a female member whose screw direction is opposite to each other Screw part 1
6 are formed, and bolts 17 for approaching / separating operation which can be screwed into the female screw portions 16 (each provided with a forward / reverse threading portion corresponding to the female screw portion 16) are screwed. By rotating the bolt 17 about its axis, the female screw portions 16 may be screwed in opposite directions to move the connecting members 15 closer to or away from each other. In this case, by providing another pair of connecting mechanisms J in the depth direction of the drawing, it becomes possible to prevent the pipe cut cover C from rotating together with the rotation of the bolt 17. Further, the tip of the bolt 17 is projected below the annular contact member 13 and the reaction force receiving member 14 so that the tip of the bolt 17 contacts the bottom of the connection case 3 to cover the pipe cut. The lower limit position of the tool C can be defined, and the fluid transport pipe 1
In a state where the vertical position of the pipe cut cover C with respect to the cut 4a is not changed, the annular contact member 13 and the reaction force receiving member 14 are separated from each other to cover the cut 4a. The positioning of the seal member 12 becomes easy.

<3> Therefore, the connecting mechanism J is not limited to the two connecting members 15 which are opposed to each other, and the concave portions are formed in curved shapes which are opposed to each other.
As shown in (b), the concave and convex portions of both connecting members 15 may be formed in a curved shape in which they are opposed to each other, and a bar-shaped body 18 that presses down both convex portions may be provided. According to this, the lower end portions of the annular contact member 13 and the reaction force receiving member 14 are brought into contact with the bottom of the connection case 3 so that the vertical position of the pipe cut cover C can be determined.

<4> The pipe cut cover C can be applied not only to the water pipe described in the previous embodiment but also to other pipes that need to cover the cut of the pipe. Are collectively referred to as a fluid transport pipe 1. It is also possible to install the fluid transport pipe 1 at a pipe cut 4a other than the T-shaped branch portion. As an example of the installation, as shown in FIG. When the valve V or the like is provided without stopping the pipe cutting, the pipe cut cover C may be arranged side by side so as to be able to be in close contact with the pair of pipe cuts 4a facing each other.
