パーキングブレーキ装置において、 セクタ歯を有する部分歯部材を前記足踏みレバーの基部
に揺動可能に枢着し、該セクタ歯に噛合する爪端を有
し、リリース機構により係脱操作可能な爪部材を前記ベ
ースに揺動自在に配設し、 前記部分歯部材が、前記爪部材の爪端と前記セクタ歯と
の噛み合い角が大きい制動位置と、該噛み合い角が小さ
い解除位置との間で揺動可能なように、前記部分歯部材
の一端部に当接して部分歯部材を解除位置に制限するス
トッパと、他端部に当接して該部分歯部材を制動位置に
制限するストッパとを設け、 前記解除位置においては前記部分歯部材と当接し、前記
部分歯部材と前記制動位置側のストッパとの間に所定距
離の隙間を設けるとともに、前記部分歯部材が前記解除
位置から前記制動位置へ向かって揺動する際には、前記
制動位置側のストッパに先行して前記部分歯部材に当接
するよう配設された、弾性材料よりなるダンパーを設け
たことを特徴とする足踏み式パーキングブレーキ装置。
