ルを設け、該足踏みレバーの揺動に従いブレーキケーブ
ルを伸縮して制動をかけるようにした足踏み式パーキン
グブレーキ装置において、 セクタ歯を有する部分歯部材を前記足踏みレバーの基部
に配設し、該セクタ歯に噛合する爪端を有し、リリース
機構により係脱操作可能な爪部材を前記ベース側に配設
し、 前記部分歯部材の一端を前記足踏みレバーの基部に枢着
し、前記爪部材の爪端と前記部分歯部材のセクタ歯との
噛み合い角が大きい制動位置と、該噛み合い角が小さく
なる解除位置との間で揺動可能なよう制限するストッパ
を設け、 制動位置に設けた前記ストッパと前記部分歯部材とを制
動解除状態では僅かに離間させるダンパーを設けたこと
を特徴とする足踏み式パーキングブレーキ装置。
