のセルの平面的集合体よりなるハニカムコアを芯材と
し、その両面に表面板を添着して製造されたハニカムパ
ネルの補強方法であって、 荷重が集中する場合や他の部材を取り付ける場合に、集
中荷重に弱く他の部材を強固に取り付けることができ
ず、もって補強を要する箇所について、該ハニカムパネ
ルの該ハニカムコアを補強する方法に関し、 該ハニカムパネルの製造後に、まず、少なくとも先端部
に該ハニカムコアのセルの大きさとほぼ一致した長手方
向への位置間隔で注入孔を備えた注入ノズルを、該ハニ
カムコアの端面側から挿入し、該注入ノズルの注入孔
は、対向する2個を1対として形成されると共に、長手
方向への個数が、該補強を要する箇所の長手方向への該
セルの個数と一致しており、 次に、挿入された該注入ノズルの各注入孔から、流動性
を有し事後硬化する補強材を、該補強を要する箇所に位
置する各該セル内に、直角方向に射出することにより注
入し、もって、事後硬化した該補強材により該補強を要
する箇所を補強すること、を特徴とするハニカムパネル
の補強方法。
