However, according to the former removal type formwork, there is a drawback that the amount of work is increased due to the removal of the formwork after hardening of concrete and the construction cost is increased. Further, there is a drawback in that the work for raising or extending the formwork according to the size of the concrete structure is complicated. Also, among the latter non-removable formwork, in the method of using a formwork in which panels are assembled with a separator in advance, a vast space or space is occupied for storage and transportation,
Not only is the storage and transportation efficiency extremely poor, but it is also difficult to handle because of its bulkiness.
On the other hand, the method of connecting the panels with the separator to form the formwork does not have the problems of the above-mentioned assembly type, but the work is complicated, the strength and dimensional accuracy are insufficient, and There is a problem that the pressure cannot be sufficiently withstood, the dimensions are changed due to the pressure, and that nailing cannot be performed when lathing. The present invention aims to improve the conventional formwork and eliminate such problems.

In the formwork of the present invention, the separator or the frame-shaped support member is removed, and the left and right formwork panels are separately stored and transported. Therefore, the space required for storage and transportation can be small. At the construction site, the left and right formwork panels are erected by connecting them with separators or frame-shaped support members, and in order to correspond to the size of the concrete structure, a support member or frame-shaped support provided on the upper end surface of the formwork panel. The lower end of another form panel is pushed into the groove on the upper side of the panel connection part of the member to stack the forms in multiple stages to raise them to a predetermined height, and in the same manner as this, the front end face of the form panel Alternatively, an H-shaped connecting member having an H-shaped cross-sectional shape is attached to the rear end face, and a plurality of molds are connected in the front-rear direction via the concave groove portion of the member and extended to a predetermined length. Next, after reinforcing bars are laid between the left and right formwork panels, concrete is placed. After the concrete is hardened, it is not necessary to remove the formwork and it is used as it is as part of the concrete structure.

Then, a separator integrally formed in a Z-shape or an X-shape is used, and its connecting pin or pin hole is inserted into the pin hole or connecting pin of two pairs of separator receivers facing each other, and the left and right molds are inserted. By connecting the panels, the left and right formwork panels are prevented from being displaced from each other in the front-rear direction before concrete is hardened, and the formwork dimensions are stabilized. Also, when a separator having a plurality of connecting pins or pin holes on opposite long sides of the rectangular frame is used, the plurality of connecting pins or pin holes and the pin holes or connecting pins of the separator receiver can be inserted all at once. Therefore, the mold can be formed easily, and the rigidity of the rectangular frame is higher than that of the Z-shaped or X-shaped separator, so that the mold is more stable.

Further, when the frame-shaped support member is used and the separator is omitted, the work of inserting the connection pin or the pin hole into the pin hole or the connection pin of the separator receiver becomes unnecessary, so that the formation of the mold is much easier. In addition, since the overall rigidity is greater than that of the rectangular frame body, the stability of the frame is further increased.
