とし、その排出した廃ガスが環境標準に適合する廃棄物焼却炉において、
予定容量の炉体を設置し、その炉体最上部の一側面には二層式の廃棄物投入口を設置し、
その廃棄物投入口には上及び下の異なる方向に開く二層の開閉板を設置し、この二枚の開
閉板で二重に仕切ることにより、廃棄物を炉体内部に投入して燃焼時の廃ガスが外へ漏れ
るのを防止し、
また炉体最上部の別側には三段式分離濾過煙突装置が設置され、その装置の下段及び中段
に於いて廃ガスに含まれる水分を燃焼濾過し、その上段に設置された電熱装置でダイオキ
シン等の有毒物質を完全燃焼させた後に排出した廃ガスは環境への影響が最低に下がった
