Description

The present invention relates to a dust bag for a vacuum cleaner.

Conventionally, various types of dust collection bags for vacuum cleaners have been proposed, and a two-layer filter paper consisting of an inner bag and an outer bag to improve the balance between dust collection efficiency and pressure loss. A dust collection bag using slag is widely known (see Patent Document 1).
However, when such filter paper is used, in order to capture fine dust such as mold and pollen, it is necessary to increase the basis weight of the paper, resulting in an increase in pressure loss. In addition, since paper having a low wet strength is used for both the inner bag and the outer bag, it has been pointed out that the inner bag breaks in particular due to moisture trapped during use.

An object of the present invention is to provide a dust collection bag for a vacuum cleaner that has high dust collection efficiency, low pressure loss, and is less likely to be broken by moisture trapped during use.

That is, the present invention is composed of a bag body composed of an inner bag and an outer bag, and a mounting plate attached to the bag body, and the inner bag has an average fiber diameter of 10 μm or less and a basis weight of 3 to 15 g / m 2 . A dust-collecting bag for a vacuum cleaner comprising a laminated nonwoven fabric in which a polypropylene spunbond nonwoven fabric having a basis weight of 5 to 20 g / m 2 is laminated on both surfaces of a certain polypropylene melt blown nonwoven fabric, and the outer bag is a dust collecting bag for a vacuum cleaner comprising a filter paper, And the outer bag satisfies the following (1) to (2): a dust collection bag for a vacuum cleaner.
(1) The basis weight of the entire laminated nonwoven fabric constituting the inner bag is 10 to 30 g / m 2 , and the air permeability is 50 cc / cm 2 · s or more.
(2) The basis weight of the filter paper constituting the outer bag is 30 to 70 g / m 2 , the average wet strength in the vertical direction and the wet strength in the transverse direction is 1 to 6 N / 5 cm, and the air permeability is 5 to 40 cc / cm 2. s.

The vacuum cleaner dust bag of the present invention uses laminated nonwoven fabric made of polypropylene fiber with high wet strength as an inner bag that is easily broken by moisture trapped during use, and the outer bag is made of inexpensive filter paper. By using it, it is possible to provide a dust collection bag for a vacuum cleaner that has high dust collection efficiency, low pressure loss, and that does not easily cause broken bags during use.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view showing an example of a dust bag for a vacuum cleaner according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along line XX of FIG.
In FIG. 1, a dust collection bag for an electric vacuum cleaner according to the present invention includes a bag body 1 and an attachment plate (a cover) 2 attached to the bag body 1.
In FIG. 2, the bag body 1 is formed of an inner bag 3 and an outer bag 4, and the inner bag 3 is constituted by a laminated nonwoven fabric in which a polypropylene spunbond nonwoven fabric is laminated on both sides of a polypropylene melt blown nonwoven fabric. Consists of filter paper.

An introduction port 5 for introducing dust is provided in a substantially central portion of the bag body 1, while a suction port 6 is provided in the substantially central portion of the mounting plate 2. And the suction port 6 are attached to the bag body 1.

The mounting plate 2 is made of a plate material made of cardboard, synthetic resin, or the like. In addition, the mounting plate 2 is provided with a plurality of cut-out forming portions (7a to 7f) so that the outer shape can be selectively changed so that it can be attached to the dust collection chambers of various vacuum cleaners of each manufacturer. Also good.

By appropriately cutting off the cut-out forming portion provided on the mounting plate 2, it can be mounted in accordance with the shape of the mounting portion of the dust collection chamber in each vacuum cleaner. Moreover, you may provide the packing 8 etc. which consist of an elastic member in the peripheral part of the suction inlet 6 provided in the attachment plate 2 as needed.

Next, the bag main body which comprises the vacuum cleaner dust collection bag of this invention is demonstrated.
The bag body in the present invention is composed of an inner bag and an outer bag, and a laminated nonwoven fabric in which a polypropylene melt blown nonwoven fabric and a polypropylene spunbond nonwoven fabric are laminated is used as the inner bag.
Specifically, a so-called SMS nonwoven fabric in which a polypropylene spunbond nonwoven fabric is laminated on both sides of a polypropylene melt blown nonwoven fabric is used.

The average fiber diameter of the fibers constituting the polypropylene melt blown nonwoven fabric is 10 μm or less, preferably 5 μm or less, from the viewpoint of improving dust collection efficiency. However, even if the average fiber diameter is too small, the pressure loss may increase, so that it is preferably 1 μm or more. In addition, the average fiber diameter referred to in the present invention refers to an average value obtained by magnifying a nonwoven fabric with a scanning electron microscope (SEM) and measuring an arbitrary 100 fiber diameter.

The basis weight of the melt blown nonwoven fabric is 3 to 15 g / m 2 , preferably 5 to 10 g / m 2 . If the basis weight is less than 3 g / m 2 , it is difficult to maintain the uniformity of the melt-blown nonwoven fabric, and the ability to reinforce the non-uniformity of the spunbonded nonwoven fabric to be laminated results. On the other hand, if the basis weight exceeds 15 g / m 2 , the pressure loss of the inner bag tends to increase, and the life of the dust bag becomes shorter.

On the other hand, as a fiber constituting the spunbond nonwoven fabric laminated on the meltblown nonwoven fabric constituting the inner bag, polypropylene fiber is used for reasons such as excellent heat sealability. The spunbonded nonwoven fabric is excellent in both strength during drying and when wet, and by laminating it on the melt blown nonwoven fabric, it is possible to give the dust collection bag sufficient strength particularly when wetted for the inner bag. In addition, it is useful to combine a melt-blown nonwoven fabric having a dense and homogeneous structure in order to cover the unevenness of the structure of the spunbond nonwoven fabric having a relatively large fiber diameter.

The basis weight of the polypropylene spunbonded nonwoven fabric used for the inner bag is 5 to 20 g / m 2 , preferably 7 to 18 g / m 2 , and more preferably 8 to 15 g / m 2 . When the basis weight is less than 5 g / m 2 , the dust collection efficiency is poor, the clogging of the outer bag due to dust is accelerated and the life of the dust collection bag is remarkably impaired, and at the same time, the wet strength is insufficient and the trapped moisture is broken. . On the other hand, if the basis weight exceeds 20 g / m 2 , the pressure loss becomes too high, resulting in a decrease in filter performance.
The air permeability of the polypropylene spunbonded nonwoven fabric is preferably 50 cc / cm 2 · s or more.
The air permeability referred to in the present invention is measured according to JIS L1096 A method (Fragile type method).

The melt blown nonwoven fabric is formed by forming a yarn by heating a predetermined polypropylene resin to a temperature higher than the melting temperature and extruding it from a nozzle, and jetting heated air from the periphery of the polymer nozzle hole to make the yarn fine while thinning the yarn. It can be produced by common melt-blowing techniques that collect on top. In addition, the melt blown nonwoven fabric used for this invention may be electret processed as needed.

On the other hand, as a method for producing the spunbonded nonwoven fabric, it can be produced using a known apparatus. For example, a polypropylene resin is melt-extruded from an extruder, a fiber is spun from a spinning die, and the spun fiber is spun into an air soccer or the like. Taken with an airflow pulling type device, collects the fiber together with the airflow with a web collection device such as a net conveyor, and then uses a heating device such as heated air or a heating roll to treat the web as necessary. Can be obtained by doing

Moreover, as long as the effects of the present invention are not impaired, it is possible to add a chemical such as an antibacterial agent or an antifungal agent to the raw material resin, or a post-processing treatment after forming a nonwoven fabric.

As for the means for laminating the polypropylene melt blown nonwoven fabric and the polypropylene spunbond nonwoven fabric, it is desirable that the embossing roll is used for thermal bonding in the form of dots. The embossed area is preferably 3 to 30%, more preferably 5 to 10%. This makes it possible to prepare a laminated nonwoven fabric that retains desired air permeability and does not peel or break. In addition, it can also join by means other than embossing rolls, such as a calender roll.

The basis weight of the entire laminated nonwoven fabric laminated by the above method needs to be 10 to 30 g / m 2 and the air permeability needs to be 50 cc / cm 2 · s or more.

As the outer bag used in the present invention, a filter paper formed by a so-called wet method is used. Such filter paper has an advantage that quality control such as air permeability can be easily performed, and that it can be obtained at a lower cost than a spunbonded nonwoven fabric. In particular, in the present invention, since the inner bag is formed of a tough polypropylene laminated nonwoven fabric, there is no broken bag, and inexpensive filter paper can be used for the outer bag.
Further, the filter paper is mainly composed of hydrophilic pulp, and has an advantage that the filter paper can be easily colored and printed. In particular, the outer bag has many cases in which a dust bag usage method and various illustrations are printed, and the practical advantage is great from this point.
Further, such a filter paper has a “stiffness” compared to a spunbonded nonwoven fabric and the like, and is easy to be folded or the like when making a bag into a dust collection bag, and the adhesive bonding to the mounting plate becomes strong.

The filter paper used in the present invention has pulp as a main component as described above, and as such pulp, softwood unbleached kraft pulp (NUKP), softwood bleached kraft pulp (NBKP), hardwood bleached kraft pulp (LBKP), softwood Wood pulp such as bleached sulfite pulp (NBSP) can be used.
In addition, other fibers may be blended in the filter paper, and examples of the other fibers to be blended include synthetic fibers such as polyvinyl alcohol-based main fibers, polyester fibers, and polypropylene fibers.

The polyvinyl alcohol-based main fiber used in the present invention does not dissolve in water at 90 ° C. or lower, and preferably has a saponification degree of 99.9 mol% or more. The polyvinyl alcohol-based main fiber is preferably subjected to acetalization treatment, and the degree of acetalization is preferably 15 to 40 mol%, and more preferably 25 to 35 mol%.

As a method for producing the polyvinyl alcohol fiber used in the present invention, a known method can be adopted, and any one of a wet spinning method, a dry wet spinning method, and a dry spinning method may be adopted.

The above-mentioned other fiber is preferably 5 to 50% by mass, preferably 10 to 30% by mass, based on the pulp mass.

In the present invention, polyvinyl alcohol binder fibers may be further mixed as necessary, and the blending amount thereof is preferably 1 to 20% by mass, more preferably 3 to 10% by mass with respect to the pulp mass.
The polyvinyl alcohol-based binder fiber is preferably one that dissolves in water at 80 ° C. or less and has a saponification degree of 99.5 mol% or less.

On the other hand, when the binder fiber is not mixed, the strength of the filter paper may be improved by spraying an adhesive emulsion made of an acrylic resin after papermaking.

The basis weight of the filter paper constituting the outer bag in the present invention is 30 to 70 g / m 2 , and preferably 35 to 65 g / m 2 . The filter paper has an air permeability of 5 to 40 cc / cm 2 · s, preferably 7 to 35 cc / cm 2 · s. When the basis weight and the air permeability are out of the above ranges, it is difficult to balance the dust collection efficiency and the pressure loss, and as a result, the performance of capturing the dust that has passed through the inner bag is lowered.

The filter paper has an average value of the wet strength in the vertical direction and the wet strength in the transverse direction of 1 to 6/5 cm, preferably 2 to 5 N / 5 cm. When the average value of the wet strength of the filter paper is less than 1 N / 5 cm, there is a high possibility that the bag will break when the vacuum cleaner sucks moisture. On the other hand, if the average value of the wet strength exceeds 6 N / 5 cm, the quality becomes excessive and disadvantageous in terms of cost. The wet strength referred to in the present invention is measured according to the tensile strength (Method A) in JIS L1096. The vertical direction indicates the MD direction of the filter paper, and the horizontal direction indicates the CD direction.

It is desirable that the inner bag made of laminated nonwoven fabric and the outer bag made of filter paper are partially bonded by an adhesive such as glue, and in particular, bonded only by bonding the outer peripheral portion of the introduction port in the bag body. However, the present invention is not limited to this.

Moreover, there is no limitation in particular also about the shape of the dust bag for vacuum cleaners of this invention, What is necessary is just to set suitably according to the vacuum cleaner to be used.
