Description of the Related Art As a means for installing asphalt roofing on a lower ground such as a roof, there is a torch method, and the outline of the torch method is as shown in FIGS. The polymer-modified asphalt roofing used in this method usually has a sectional structure shown in FIG. In the figure, 1 is a sand or mineral powder, 2 and 4 are polymer-modified asphalt, 3 is a fibrous reinforcing layer, and 5 is a fusible film. The reason for the existence of the fusible film of No. 5 is that this type of roofing material is usually wound up in a roll and transported,
During storage and storage, modified asphalt, which is exposed to direct sunlight and exhibits little tackiness at room temperature, becomes tacky and prevents it from sticking to one layer of sand particles etc. To do that. The torch method using the polymer-modified asphalt roofing is usually performed as follows. That is, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the back surface and the base surface of the rolled sheet of the polymer-modified asphalt roofing are heated to 1100 to 1300 ° C. by a burner flame, and the back surface of the sheet is sufficiently melted, and the asphalt Confirm that a bank (pool) has been formed and 5-1 from the side lap
It was important to work with molten asphalt flowing about 0 mm.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a new modified asphalt roofing for a torch method, which can be constructed only by mild heating and melting, thereby greatly increasing the construction speed.

For example, by embossing, wrinkling or corrugating the thin synthetic resin layer, and then forming it on the asphalt-based room-temperature adhesive layer of the roofing substrate, it is synthesized with the asphalt-based room-temperature adhesive layer. We have proposed a modified asphalt roofing with a large number of air layers at the lamination interface with the resin thin layer for the torch method. However,
In the case of the above proposal, it is necessary to perform a step of imparting unevenness to the synthetic resin thin layer, and it is difficult to increase the number of air layers. Therefore, in the present invention, by interposing a net-like sheet, all the parts where the thread-like material constituting the net does not exist can be easily manufactured as an air layer product. The net-like sheet refers to a sheet having more holes than a part where a thread is present, and a thinner sheet is particularly preferable. Although the shape of the net of the net-like sheet is arbitrary, a commercially available one called a waliff can be used. The net-like sheet is preferably made of a material that melts together with the synthetic resin thin layer when the torch method is applied, since the unmelted thread portion prevents heat conduction and is transmitted to the asphalt-based room-temperature adhesive layer without causing uneven heat. . From this point, the material of the net-like sheet is preferably the same thermoplastic synthetic resin as the synthetic resin thin layer. However, it is also possible to use glass fibers that do not have such properties. Preferred thermoplastic synthetic resins include polyolefins such as polyethylene and polypropylene. Further, the synthetic resin thin layer is preferably colored.
This makes it easier to identify the molten portion.
