[0004] However, the soundproofing plate thus obtained is not economical because it uses specially fired and spherically-granulated spherical ceramic particles for the soundproofing plate. further,
The soundproof plate has a strong monotonous and artificial feeling, and thus may not be suitable depending on the place of use. In particular, in recent years, soundproofing has also been required for places where people gather, such as pools and entrance halls of hotels and the like, and furthermore, those places are required to have a natural texture and high tone. since it is often, it is difficult to Ru upon request enough satisfactory with conventional insulation plate.

The soundproof plate of the present invention has a particle size of 0.15 to 1.18.
the ceramic particles were irregularly shaped mm particle size of 0.044 to 0.
It is formed by sintering a required amount of material particles coated with 25 mm glass powder and water glass and dried and hardened as a forming material to form a porous plate. Therefore, gaps are formed between the irregular shaped ceramic particles, and the gaps exert a soundproofing effect. As the ceramic material, discarded tiles, insulators, bowls, and other ceramics can be used, so that waste can be reduced and resources can be reused, so that an inexpensive soundproof plate can be obtained. .

[0012] Further, the particle size of the irregular-shaped ceramic particles is set at 0.
Since the gap is 15 to 1.18 mm, the gap of the soundproof plate is in a certain range, and a constant soundproof performance can be obtained. In addition,
When the particle size is smaller than 0.15 mm, the gap becomes too small and clogging easily occurs. On the other hand, when the particle size is larger than 1.18 mm, the gap becomes too large and the soundproofing performance is reduced.

Furthermore, since the ceramic particles are irregular, the gaps have various shapes, and the range of the absorption frequency absorbed by the gaps is wide, so that high soundproofing performance can be obtained. In addition, the crushed waste ceramic material can be used as the ceramic particles without special granulation treatment, which is convenient. Further, the particle size of the glass powder

If the desired amount of the irregularly shaped ceramic particles is an irregularly shaped granite particle having a particle size of 0.15 to 1.18 mm, the obtained soundproof plate will be a mixture of the ceramic particles and granite particles. This gives a granite appearance. Moreover, by appropriately selecting and combining the types, colors, and the like of the ceramic particles and the granite particles, a soundproof plate having a desired appearance can be obtained. In addition, since the irregular-shaped granite particles can be used by crushing waste of building materials and other granite materials, it can bring out a luxurious appearance at low raw material costs, and is economical in this respect as well. .

The glass powder in the material particles is used for bonding the irregular shaped ceramic particles of the material particles in the firing step. And the particle size is 0.0
Preferably it is 44 to 0.25 mm. Within this range, the irregular shaped ceramic particles can be made to have an appropriate interval during the pressing step and the firing step, and as a result, the irregular shaped ceramic particles can be firmly bonded without density deviation and have sufficient strength for soundproofing. A plate is obtained. Further, when the particle size of the glass powder is less than 0.044 mm, the interval between the irregular shaped ceramic particles of the soundproof plate is too small, not only the predetermined soundproof performance cannot be obtained, but also the soundproof plate is clogged. It becomes difficult to recover the soundproof performance even by washing such as washing with water. In contrast, the particle size of the glass powder was 0.25 m
When it is larger than m, the spacing between the ceramic particles of the soundproofing plate becomes too large, so that a predetermined soundproofing performance cannot be obtained and the condition is poor. This glass powder is also economical because it can be made into a crushed product of discarded glass, bottles and other vitreous materials.

As described above, since the raw material particles have glass components for binding the irregular shaped ceramic particles as the glass powder and the water glass, the irregular shaped ceramic particles and the glass according to the size of the soundproof plate in the raw material preparation step. There is no need to weigh and mix the components each time, simplifying the operation.

Further, when the predetermined amount of the irregular shaped ceramic particles is replaced with irregular shaped granite particles having a particle size of 0.15 to 1.18 mm, the obtained soundproof plate can be used as a material for the soundproofing plate between the ceramic particles and the granite particles. The mixture gives a more attractive appearance. In this case, the material particles are those in which irregular ceramic particles are covered with the coating layer (hereinafter referred to as ceramic material particles) and those in which irregular granite particles are covered with the coating layer (hereinafter referred to as granite material particles). ) And amorphous ceramic particles and amorphous granite particles in a desired ratio in advance, and material particles are formed from the mixture.

When the former material particles, that is, the ceramic material particles and the granite material particles are used in combination, the mixing ratio of the ceramic material particles and the granite material particles is changed at the time of preparing the raw material, depending on the required appearance of the soundproof plate. be able to. In addition, if a plurality of types of ceramic material particles or granite material particles in which the types of the amorphous ceramic particles or the amorphous granite particles are changed are prepared in advance, the appearance of the soundproof plate can be freely determined by appropriately combining them. Can be. On the other hand, when the latter material particles are used, the irregular ceramic particles and the irregular granite particles are already mixed, so that there is no need to measure and mix the other material particles when preparing the raw material, and the workability is improved. There are excellent advantages.

In the subsequent firing step, the plate is fired and sintered. The firing conditions at that time are not fixed because they are determined by a combination of temperature and time.
It shows about 0 to 1100 ° C. and about 5 to 15 minutes. By this firing step, the glass powder and water glass around the irregular-shaped ceramic particles or the irregular-shaped granite particles are melted, and the irregular-shaped ceramic particles are mixed with each other, or the irregular-shaped ceramic particles and the irregular-shaped granite particles, or the irregular-shaped granite particles. The desired soundproofing plates are obtained by bonding together.

After the baking step, a polishing step is performed.
The surface of the plate-like body obtained in the firing step may be polished to form a soundproof plate. Then, especially in the case of using granite particles, the appearance of the granite itself can be obtained by enhancing the gloss of the granite portion. Such a soundproofing board can be suitably used for interiors of buildings where many people enter and leave such as halls and entrances of various buildings that require not only soundproofing but also a design effect. In addition, since the sharpened portion of the irregular shaped ceramic particles is eliminated on the surface of the soundproofing plate by the polishing, a moderate portion is required for a portion where further safety is required, such as a wall surface of an indoor pool where human skin is easily touched. It is possible to sufficiently cope with the case where the device is provided with soundproofing and excellent design properties.

<First Example> The material particles used were produced in advance as follows. First, tile waste is pulverized, and amorphous ceramic particles having a particle size of 0.15 to 1.18 mm are selected by a sieve, and 7.08 kg of the irregular ceramic particles are discarded into glass material such as discarded glass and bottles. the particle size 0 obtained by grinding.
044 ~0.25Mm glass powder was added 1.5 kg,
After kneading with a pot mixer, 1.5 kg of water glass (JIS-3 standard product) was added and kneaded with a pot mixer.
Next, 250 g of methanol was added to the mixture, and the mixture was kneaded with a pot mixer to partially remove water in the water glass.
Primary curing was performed to cure the mixture. Subsequently, the mixture after the primary curing was stored in a drying furnace, and subjected to secondary curing by drying with hot air at 105 ° C. for 10 minutes to form a lump. Thereafter, the mass was loosened with a kneader to obtain granules, which were then sieved to obtain material particles having a particle size of 1.7 mm or less.

900 g of the ceramic material particles and 1.8 kg of the granite material particles were weighed and placed in one container as shown in FIG. 1A, and mixed by a pot mixer. Operations B to F in FIG. 1 were performed on the mixed material particles in the same manner as in the first example. The amount of water added, press conditions and firing conditions at this time are the same as in the first embodiment. Then, the surface of the plate after the firing step was polished with a polishing machine to obtain a soundproof plate. As shown in FIG. 2, the obtained soundproof plate had a high-grade surface composed of a mixture of white amorphous ceramic particles 15 and black amorphous granite particles 16. Moreover,
The surface of the soundproof plate is more beautiful because of the polishing, the luster of the ceramic particles and the luster of the granite particles 16 appear well. In addition, the surface of the soundproof plate does not have any sharp portions of the irregular shaped ceramic particles 15 and the irregular granite particles 16,
The feel was good.
