場合には,発着回数を増大できる上に,離発着運行の自
由度を高めることができる高速移動体の車体を提供しよ
うとする点にある。

発生するが,この空力的騒音を上記吸音材により吸収し
て,低減するので,次の効果を達成できる。即ち, 騒音面から規制されていた走行車両の速度制限を解除
できて,高速走行できる。また高速走行車両の軌道周辺
に配置していた防音壁等を不用にできるか,これを簡略
化できて,地上設備に要する費用を大幅に低減できる。
