ピレンとエチレン−酢酸ビニルを必須成分とする基材樹
脂に無機質充填材を混合した床材本体形成用の樹脂混合
物を調製して押出成形機で造粒し、これを上記フィルム
の上に一定の厚みに積層して加熱によりゲル化させ、プ
レス又はロールで加圧成形すると、床材が得られる。

れた接着性を有し、有害な溶剤によるプライマー処理を
しなくても市販の各種接着剤を用いて床地面に強固に接
着することができ、また、着色や汚れを生じることなく
再生が可能であるので資源保護にも役立つといった顕著
な効果を奏する。

た床材であって、床材本体は、ポリプロピレン70〜4
0重量部にエチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂を30〜6
0重量部混合した基材樹脂に無機質充填材を含有させた
ものであり、裏面層は、酢酸ビニルの占める割合が45
%以上でメルトインデックスが20〜150の範囲にあ
るエチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂100重量部に対
し、10重量部以下のロジンと200〜600重量部の
無機質充填材を含有させた厚さ0.1〜0.5mmの層
であることを特徴とする床材。
