［産業上の利用分野］
本考案は、平坦な金属プレート、または平坦な硬質プラスチック材を用いて自動車等の塗装表面に付着凝固した樹液類を削り落とす、樹液除去具に関するものである。
［従来の技術］
従来より、塗装表面に頑強にこびりついた樹液を除去する薬剤や器具は無かった。
［考案が解決しようとする課題］
樹木、特にケヤキや松の木等から降り注ぐ樹液は時間の経過によって頑強に凝固し、これが付着した自動車等の美しい塗装表面は、無残にも荒目のヤスリを連想させるようなザラザラの状態となってしまった。現在まで、これを解決させる手段としてボデー全体を覆うカバーが有効な手段として利用されていたが、出先での状況や駐車場の状況によって簡単に使用することが出来ず、加えて、始終持ち歩く訳にもいかない欠点があった。また、一度付着してしまった樹液は洗剤や薬剤を用いても簡単に除去することが出来ない厄介なものとして、自動車を愛する人々にとって最大の悩み事であった。本考案は、これを解決するために成されたものである。
［課題を解決するための手段］
本考案は、塗装面を傷めること無く樹液を削り落とすことで課題を解決しようとするものである。洗剤や樹液を溶かす薬剤が存在しない現状にあって、塗装皮膜を傷付けずに削り落とす手段が、最も効果的で有効な手段と考える。図１は滑らかでフラットな面を有する単体の金属、または硬質なプラスチック材のプレートとプレー１ホルダーの側断面図である。このフラットな面を塗装表面に当ててスライド方向を示す矢印に往復運動をさせ、樹液を削り落とす構成である。厚さ１ミリメートル程度のプレート（１）を固定し、また、スライド時においてプレートとこれを保持する指との遊離を防ぐために指の間に挟む突起付きプレートホルダー（２）を主とする構造からなるものである。図２は、細長プレート（３）を３枚組合わせたタイプの側断面図で、このタイプはなだらかな車体の曲面部分専用に用いるものであることから、プレートとプレートの間にスリット（４）を設けた構造を有し、曲面に沿って密着し、且つ、滑らかなスライドを可能としている。この図２のタイプでは、複数プレートホルダー（５）の材質を、軟質なゴムやポリエステルを素材として使用する。
［実 施 例］
プレート（１）もしくは細長プレート（３）を、それぞれのプレートホルダー（２）もしくは（５）に接着、あるいは填め込み構造とする。また、図４に示すごとく、どのプレートのエッヂ（６）部分もスライド方向、即ち、塗装面に対して８５度から９０度の角度を有するものとし、この角度の面で樹液を削り取る構成である。スライド方向に対するプレートの側面部分のエッヂ部は、スライドをさせる方向以外の他の塗装面を傷つけないよう面取り処理を行う。図３は、本考案 の２種類のプレートの面取り部分を斜線で表した平面図である。使用方法を説明すると、埃等を洗い流した後、樹液を取り除きたい部分に本考案の器具の平坦なプレート面を密着させ、人差し指及び中指でプレートホルダー突起（７）を挟み込み、ソフトなタッチでプレートを矢印の方向にしたがって往復させる。スライドをさせる基本動作はあくまで穏やかでソフトなタッチであり、この動作を数回かさねる事で樹液を容易に削り取る事が出来る。本考案はこれらの構造と使用方法からなる、至ってシンプルな構成の樹液除去具である。[Industrial application fields]
