この基板に間隔をもって対向するように立設されると共に、立設された各々の各上端面から下方に向かい少なくとも2つずつのネジ挿入穴を形成した少なくとも2つの側板と、
前記基板および前記側板の上方にあって、これらと対向し天井の下面に当接されると共に、前記側板の一方の側板の各ネジ挿入穴に対応する位置および他方の側板の各ネジ挿入穴に対応する位置に、各々ネジ受凹部を形成した上板と、
一端が前記上板のネジ受凹部に、他端側が前記側板のネジ挿入穴に挿入される少なくとも4本のネジ軸と、
このネジ軸にねじ込まれ、ねじ込み操作により前記ネジ軸を前記天井に対して進退させ、前記ネジ軸の一端で前記ネジ受凹部を介して前記上板を前記天井の下面に当接させた状態において、前記ネジ軸を前記側板に保持固定させる少なくとも4つのナットとを備えていることを特徴とする転倒防止装置。
