(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 金属等加工物を高沸点芳香族炭化水素化
合物からなる洗浄液で洗浄し、その後減圧洗浄室内にお
いて前記洗浄液を蒸発除去することを特徴とする金属等
加工物の洗浄方法。

び前記減圧洗浄室から設けられた洗浄液回収装置からな
り、さらに該洗浄液回収装置を前記洗浄液浄化循環装置
に連結し、前記回収した洗浄液を前記洗浄液浄化循環装
置を介して前記前洗浄槽に循環させることを特徴とする
金属等加工物の洗浄装置。
