(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 注出筒が囲む頂壁部分の中央部を破断線
により囲成して除去板部となし、該除去板部の側部から
上方へ起立する連結片上端にプルリングを付設し、上記
注出筒が囲む頂壁部分の上面および連結片の下部外面
へ、非通気性ラミネートシートをインサート成形により
一体に層着させたことを特徴とする合成樹脂製のプルリ
ング付きキャップ。
1. A central portion of a top wall portion surrounded by a pouring cylinder is formed as a removal plate portion by surrounding the center portion with a break line, and a pull ring is attached to an upper end of a connecting piece that rises upward from a side portion of the removal plate portion. A cap with a pull ring made of synthetic resin, wherein an impermeable laminate sheet is integrally layered by insert molding on the upper surface of the top wall portion surrounded by the pouring cylinder and the lower outer surface of the connecting piece.

部分下面へラミネートシートを付着させると共に、連結
片形成用キャビティ部分の上下金型のうち、いずれか一
方金型内へ上下動可能にピン金型を装着させて該ピン金
型により上記ラミネートシートを開孔させ、頂壁形成用
キャビティ部分内へ流入した溶融樹脂材料を上記ピン金
型が開孔した透孔を通って連結片およびプルリング形成
用の各キャビティ部分内へ流入させて、請求項1記載の
キャップを一体成形することを特徴とする、プルリング
付きキャップの製造方法。

A method for manufacturing a cap with a pull ring, characterized in that the cap according to claim 1 is integrally formed by flowing into the connecting piece and each cavity portion for forming a pull ring.
