(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】円筒状の周壁の内側に、支柱で連結された

スバリヤ性フィルムを接着した口栓の製造方法におい
て、薄肉脆弱線を形成するためのV字状の突起を上縁周
部に設けた内下型を、バキューム溝を介して外下型の内
側に、所定位置だけ下げた状態で組み合わせた下型に、
ガスバリヤ性フィルムをバキュームで装着し、この下型
を上昇させてゲートを有する上型と型締を行い、所定の
型締ストロークを残した段階で一旦型締めを停止して、
ゲートよりキャビティー内に溶融樹脂の射出を開始し、
ガスバリヤ性フィルムの薄肉脆弱線形成部が溶融樹脂で
覆われる程度に射出された時点で、再度、下型を前記残
りの型締ストロークだけ上昇させて上型と完全に型締め
し、上型と下型とより形成されたキャビティー内に溶融
樹脂をゲートから射出しながら、同時に、内下型を定位
置に上昇させて薄肉脆弱線を形成したことを特徴とする
ガスバリヤ性を有する口栓の製造方法。
