D1と弁孔8の内径寸法D2を略同じ寸法にて成形し、
金型からの抜き取りの際に、引っ掛からないようにして
いたが、前記したように弁機能が不十分であった。本発
明者等は、逆流防止弁1および逆流防止弁付きチューブ
ショルダー16を成形する金型の構造を改良することに
より、弁体9の外径寸法D1を弁孔8の内径寸法D2よ
り大きく構成した場合でも、金型から抜き取る際に、連
結部10に過大な力が掛からず、千切れないように工夫
を施した。また、成形性の向上を図ると共に、同時成形
による製品の従来以上の多数個取りが可能であり、かつ
寿命の永い金型を案出した。その結果、本発明に係る逆
流防止弁1および逆流防止弁付きチューブショルダー1

径寸法より、0.25mm〜0.5mm(寸法差H)と
した場合、金型における逆流防止弁1の成形性も良好で
