Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a content extruding container, and more particularly to an extruding container that prevents a change in internal pressure due to temperature change, a change in content, an increase in internal pressure due to gas generated by fermentation, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A content liquid dispensing container in which the internal pressure is released by pushing up the closing portion of the dispensing hole when the gas pressure of the contents rises is conventionally known as described in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-20042. More known.
In the container described in the above publication, as shown in FIG. 4, a flexible pouring hole 33 is provided in the mouth portion 32 of the container 31 and the pouring hole 33 is closed on the upper surface of the cap 34. An outlet hole blocking portion 35 is formed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the blocking portion 35 is a spherical surface protruding downward with a substantially uniform thickness, there remains an insufficiency in that the internal pressure is released in response to minute changes in the internal pressure.
[0004]
In addition, when the contents are food, a container with a relatively large diameter is adopted as an extrusion container to facilitate filling of the contents. An inner lid provided with a pour tube is fitted to the mouth tube, and a cap that seals the pour hole from above is fitted.
[0005]
Although the container is normally filled with the sterilized contents, the fermentation may proceed due to the fermenting bacteria remaining after opening, or the fermentation may proceed due to an increase in temperature.
Further, depending on the contents, the fermentation may proceed even during the storage period.
When gas is generated by fermentation, the internal pressure rises and the container expands and deforms, and when the cap is removed, the contents are ejected from the dispensing hole by the internal pressure.
[0006]
However, in an extruded container filled with food as a content, there has not been a container for removing gas generated by fermentation or the like.
In the conventional container described in the publication, since the pouring hole 33 and the container 31 are blow-molded so as to be integrally formed, the diameter of the pouring hole 33 becomes relatively large, and the container is pressed. It was unsuitable for food containers that dispense the appropriate amount of contents.
Moreover, when the extraction hole 33 is made small, even if it is the same internal pressure, the pushing force becomes small, and a problem has arisen that it is insufficient to cope with a slight increase in gas pressure due to fermentation.
[0007]
The present invention has a technical problem to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it reacts sharply to a slight increase in internal pressure due to temperature change or content change to release the internal pressure. Is an extrusion container that prevents the rise of internal pressure so that it can be easily vented against changes in the contents and generation of gas due to fermentation. The purpose is to provide.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention comprises a container filled with contents as a contents extrusion container, an inner lid fitted to the container, and a cap fitted to the inner lid. The inner lid includes a cylindrical portion fitted into the container mouth portion and a lid plate provided with a pouring tube, and a step provided with a protrusion on the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion. And a diameter-reduced portion for fitting the cap. The cap has a central portion as a closed portion that seals the outlet tube port portion, and an annular flexible member formed thinner than the closed portion on the outer side. A top plate provided with a portion and a cylindrical portion fitted to the reduced diameter portion of the inner lid, and when fitted to the inner lid, a gap is formed between the lower end of the cylindrical portion and the step portion of the inner lid A container designed to prevent an increase in internal pressure, which is characterized by being applied .
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
In the figure, A is a food container formed by blow molding, and comprises a container body 1 and a container mouth tube 2.
A screw 3 is provided on the outer periphery of the container mouth tube portion 2, a reduced diameter portion 4 is provided above the mouth tube portion, and a flange 5 is formed at the upper end.
[0010]
B is an inner lid formed by injection molding, and includes a cylindrical portion 6 fitted to the mouth tube portion 2, a lid plate 7, and a dispensing cylinder 8 protruding from the lid plate 7. Yes.
A step portion 9 is formed on the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion 6, and a reduced diameter portion 10 is provided above the step portion 9. A screw 11 is provided on the outer periphery of the reduced diameter portion 10.
Further, the step 9 is provided with a protrusion 12 that slightly protrudes.
A screw 13 is provided on the inner periphery of the cylindrical portion 6 to be screwed into a screw 3 provided in the container mouth tube portion 2, and the inner lid is fitted to the container mouth tube portion 2, and the lid plate 7 is attached to the flange 5. The container is hermetically sealed.
The upper end of the pouring cylinder 8 is a mouth portion 14 and communicates with the inside of the container through the pouring hole 15.
[0011]
C is a cap formed by injection molding, and includes a cylindrical portion 16 and a top plate 17.
A screw 18 is provided on the inner periphery of the cylindrical portion 16 to be screwed into the screw 11 provided on the outer periphery of the reduced diameter portion 10 of the inner lid B.
The top plate 17 of the cap is formed with a central closing portion 19 that engages with the mouth portion 14 of the dispensing cylinder 8 and an annular flexible portion 20 that is thinner than the central portion.
Since the closed portion 19 of the top plate 17 has the thin flexible portion 20, it is in an initial position 19 a in a free state, a push-up position shown in FIG. 3B, and a push-up position further pushed up by internal pressure. It is movable.
[0012]
Next, the function and effect of the present invention will be described. After opening the container, when the inner lid B is fitted into the container mouth tube portion 2, the cap C is removed, and the container A is pressed, a certain amount of contents are removed from the inner lid. It is pushed out from the dispensing tube opening 14.
After use, when the cap C is attached to the inner lid B and tightened, the lower end 21 of the cylindrical portion 16 of the cap engages with the protrusion 12 formed on the inner lid B, and between the step 9 and the lower end 21 of the cylindrical portion. A gap 22 is formed. At the same time, the closing portion 19 at the center of the top plate is slightly pushed up from the initial position by the dispensing tube port portion 14 to seal the contents.
[0013]
When gas is generated due to changes in contents, fermentation, etc., and the internal pressure of the container A increases, the closed portion 19 is pushed up by a slight increase in internal pressure, and a gap is formed between the outlet tube port portion 14 and the gap. More gas is discharged. As the gas is discharged, the air in the cap passes through the screw portion and is dissipated into the atmosphere through a gap 22 formed between the cap lower end 21 and the inner lid step 9.
After the gas is discharged, the top plate 17 is restored, and the dispensing tube port portion 14 is sealed again by the closing portion 19.
When the container A is accidentally pressed with the cap C fitted after opening, the closing part 19 is pushed up and the contents are discharged from the dispensing tube port part 14, but the closing part 19 is pushed up very little. The gap is sealed by the viscosity of the contents and is not continuously discharged.
[0014]
When the contents are pushed out and the space in the container is widened, the internal pressure may increase according to the temperature change. At that time, the closed portion 19 is pushed up by the internal pressure, and the air in the container is discharged from the dispensing tube port 14. Discharged.
[0015]
In the above embodiment, a food container containing a food that generates gas by fermentation has been described, but the present invention aims to prevent an increase in the internal pressure of the container, regardless of food or non-food. Needless to say, the extruded container is not limited to a food container because it can be applied to an extruded container whose internal pressure increases due to changes in contents or other causes.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
Since this invention is comprised as mentioned above, there exists the following effect.
The cap's top plate is provided with a closed part that seals the outlet tube port and a thin annular flexible part, so it reacts sharply to a slight increase in internal pressure due to changes in temperature and contents, preventing an increase in internal pressure. And the container is prevented from expanding and deforming.
When the contents are food, gas is generated due to changes in content, fermentation, etc., and when the internal pressure increases, the gas is discharged from the outlet tube port, the container expands and deforms, and the contents are discharged from the outlet tube port. It is prevented from ejecting from the part.
Moreover, since the extraction | suction pipe | tube opening part is sealed by the obstruction | occlusion part, miscellaneous bacteria do not enter during the storage period after opening.
