Description

The present invention relates to a rod-like member support member for attaching a rod-like member such as a pipe material to an attachment member attached to a wall surface.

As a pipe bracket for attaching a rod-shaped member to a wall surface of a room or a closet, or a wall surface inside furniture, there is a pipe bracket described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-5012 (Patent Document 1). It consists of a plurality of beams that are erected at a predetermined height, a connecting bracket suspended from the beams, and a horizontal member that hangs a hanger between the bent ends of the connecting bracket. The connecting bracket has a side hook shape that extends downward from the tip on which the bottom of the horizontal member is placed, and is curved from the side to the beam so that the hook of the hanger hung on the horizontal member does not hit. A mounting portion is formed.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-51012

However, the one described in Patent Literature 1 supports the horizontal member from above, and has a problem that the height cannot be easily changed.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a rod-like member support member that can easily change the height of the rod-like member.

The rod-shaped member supporting member according to the present invention is a rod-shaped member supporting member that supports the rod-shaped member while being fixed to the mounting member through an opening formed in the mounting member that is mounted on the wall surface, and should be supported. A supporting portion having a shape corresponding to the outer shape of the rod-shaped member, and a locking portion extending from the supporting portion and inserted into the opening to be locked, the locking portion includes: It is configured to come into contact with the wall surface while being attached to the attachment member.

A notch is formed in a portion where the locking portion extends from the support portion, and the width and depth of the notch are set slightly larger than the width and depth of the mounting member. ing.

Further, the interval between both ends on the open side of the support portion is set slightly smaller than the outer dimension of the rod-shaped member to be supported, and the maximum inner dimension of the support portion is substantially equal to the outer dimension of the rod-shaped member to be supported. Is set.

The rod-shaped member supporting member according to the present invention is a rod-shaped member supporting member that supports the rod-shaped member while being fixed to the mounting member through an opening formed in the mounting member that is mounted on the wall surface, and should be supported. A supporting portion having a shape corresponding to the outer shape of the rod-shaped member, and a locking portion extending from the supporting portion and inserted into the opening to be locked, the locking portion includes: Since it comes into contact with the wall surface when attached to the mounting member, there is little risk of damaging the wall surface or wallpaper attached to the wall surface when attaching the rod-shaped member support member to the mounting member. Become. Further, by changing the opening for locking the locking portion, the height of the rod-shaped member can be easily changed.

A notch is formed in a portion where the locking portion extends from the support portion, and the width and depth of the notch are set slightly larger than the width and depth of the mounting member. When the rod-shaped member supporting member is attached to the mounting member, the back edge of the supporting portion of the rod-shaped member supporting member is in close contact with the wall surface, and the mounting of the rod-shaped member supporting member to the mounting member is strong. Things.

Further, the interval between both ends on the open side of the support portion is set slightly smaller than the outer dimension of the rod-shaped member to be supported, and the maximum inner dimension of the support portion is substantially equal to the outer dimension of the rod-shaped member to be supported. When it is set, the attachment of the rod-shaped member to the rod-shaped member support member becomes strong.

Further, if both ends of the support portion are extended outward, they act as invitations for supporting the rod-shaped member on the support portion, so that the work of attaching the rod-shaped member to the support portion becomes easy.

When the rod-shaped member is a pipe material, its utility value as a hanger hook increases.

FIG. 2 is a schematic perspective view showing a state where the rod-shaped member supporting member according to the present invention is attached to the mounting member, and FIG. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing a state where the rod-shaped member supporting member according to the present invention is attached to the attaching member. FIG. 4 is a schematic explanatory view showing a procedure for attaching the rod-shaped member supporting member according to the present invention to the mounting member, and FIG. 5 is a schematic side view showing a state where the rod-shaped member is attached using the rod-shaped member supporting member according to the present invention. FIG. 6 is a schematic perspective view of another rod-shaped member supporting member according to the present invention.

The rod-shaped member supporting member 100A according to the present invention is a rod-shaped member supporting member that supports the rod-shaped member 300 in a state where the rod-shaped member supporting member 100A is fixed to the mounting member 200 through an opening 210 formed in the mounting member 200 that is mounted on the wall surface 400. A support portion 110A having a shape corresponding to the outer shape of the bar-shaped member 300 to be supported, and a locking portion 120A extending from the support portion 110A and inserted into the opening 210 and locked. The locking portion 120 </ b> A comes into contact with the wall surface 400 while being attached to the attachment member 200.

First, before describing the rod-shaped member support member 100A, an attachment member 200 to which the rod-shaped member support member 100A is attached will be described with reference to FIG.
The mounting member 200 has a rod shape and is vertically mounted on a wall surface 400 of a room or a closet, or a wall surface 400 inside furniture. The mounting member 200 has a substantially concave shape in cross-section. That is, the mounting member 200 has a front portion 220 in which a horizontally long rectangular opening portion 210 is opened at a predetermined interval, and a bent portion 230 which is bent substantially at right angles from both side surfaces of the front portion 220. ing. Further, screw holes (not shown) for mounting the mounting member 200 to the wall surface 400 are formed at predetermined intervals in the front portion 220. Therefore, when the attachment member 200 is attached to the wall surface 400, a gap G (see FIGS. 3 and 4) corresponding to the bent portion 230 is formed between the front portion 220 and the wall surface 400. Will be. The mounting member 200 is often formed of a metal such as stainless steel, but can be formed of a synthetic resin.

The mounting member 200 has a length of 500 mm, a width W1 of 15 mm, and a depth D1, that is, a depth of the bent portion 230 of 5 mm. The openings 210 are provided at intervals of 12 mm.

Further, as the rod-shaped member 300, a pipe material made of, for example, stainless steel is used.

The bar-shaped member supporting member 100A according to the present invention is mounted on the mounting members 200 respectively mounted on the facing wall surfaces 400, and the rod-shaped member 300 is mounted between the mounting members 100, that is, between the wall surfaces 400. is there.

The rod-shaped member support member 100A is formed by bending a metal plate or the like. When the rod-shaped member 300 is a pipe material, the support portion 110A of the rod-shaped member support member 100A is formed in an upward U-shape corresponding to the circular outer shape of the pipe material. Both ends of the support 110A are slightly extended outward. The slight expansion of both ends on the open side of the support portion 110A serves as an invitation when the support portion 110A supports the rod-shaped member 300 as a pipe material.

The distance G1 between both ends of the support portion 110A on the open side is set to be slightly smaller than the diameter (outside dimension) of the pipe material which is the rod-shaped member 300 to be supported. Therefore, when supporting the rod-shaped member 300, which is a pipe material, on the support 110A, the rod-shaped member 300 is pushed into the support 110A from above.

Further, the maximum inner diameter R (inner dimension) of the support portion 110A is set to be substantially equal to the diameter (outer dimension) of the pipe material which is the rod-shaped member 300 to be supported.

On the other hand, a notch 111A having a width W2 slightly larger than the width W1 of the mounting member 200 is formed at the lowermost side of the support 110A. The depth D2 of the notch 111A is set slightly larger than the depth D1 of the mounting member 200. Therefore, the mounting member 200 can be fitted inside the notch 111A of the support portion 110A of the rod-shaped member support member 100A.

A locking portion 120A extends downward from the notch 111A. As shown in FIG. 1 and the like, the locking portion 120A is a tongue piece projecting obliquely downward, and protruding outward from the notch 111A. Therefore, when the rod-shaped member support member 100A is attached to the attachment member 200 attached to the wall surface 400, the locking portion 120A comes into contact with the wall surface 400. Further, the depth dimension D3 of the locking portion 120A is set substantially equal to the depth dimension D2 of the notch 111A.

Next, an operation of attaching the rod-shaped member support member 100A having the above-described configuration to the attachment member 200 will be described.
It is assumed that the attachment member 200 is attached to the wall surface 400 in advance using screws (not shown).
As shown in FIG. 4, when the lower end of the locking portion 120A of the rod-shaped member supporting member 100A is inserted into the opening 210 of the mounting member 200, the lower end of the locking portion 120A becomes a gap between the mounting member 200 and the wall surface 400. It is located at G. In this state, the bar-shaped member supporting member 100A is rotated upward (in the direction of arrow A shown in FIG. 4). Then, the rotation of the rod-shaped member supporting member 100A is performed while the middle portion of the locking portion 120A is in contact with the wall surface 400. That is, even when wallpaper or the like is stuck to the wall surface 400, the risk of the wallpaper or the like being damaged when the rod-shaped member supporting member 100A is attached is reduced.

(4) When the rod-shaped member support member 100A has been rotated upward, the distal end of the locking portion 120A comes into contact with the wall surface 400 (see FIG. 3). Moreover, the mounting member 200 enters the inside of the notch 111A formed in the support 110A. Therefore, the rod-shaped member support member 100A is attached to the attachment member 200 as if it straddles the attachment member 200. Moreover, the inner edge of the support portion 110A of the rod-shaped member support member 100A is in close contact with the wall surface 400.

Thus, the rod-shaped member supporting member 100A is fixed to the mounting member 200.

As shown in FIG. 5, the rod-shaped member supporting members 100A are respectively attached to the openings 210 located at the same height on the mounting members 200 respectively attached to the opposing wall surfaces 400, and the supporting portions 110A of the both rod-shaped member supporting members 100A. The rod-shaped member 300 which is a pipe material is pushed from above. Then, as shown in FIG. 5, the rod-shaped member 300 is bridged between the two mounting members 200. The bar-shaped member 300 thus attached is used for hanging a hanger or supporting a shelf (not shown).

In the above description, the rod-shaped member 300 is a circular pipe material, but may be a rectangular pipe material or another shape (eg, a solid material). In the bar-shaped member supporting member 100B in the case where the bar-shaped member 300 is a square bar, as shown in FIG. 6, the supporting portion 110B is formed in a substantially concave shape corresponding to the outer shape of the bar-shaped member 300 which is a square bar. At this time, if the interval between both ends on the open side is set to be slightly smaller than the outer dimension of the bar-shaped member 300, the support of the bar-shaped member 300 by the bar-shaped member support member 100B becomes strong. The other part of the rod-shaped member supporting member 100B is configured similarly to the above-described rod-shaped member supporting member 100A.

In the above description, the rod-shaped member support member 100A is formed by bending a metal plate or the like, but it is needless to say that the rod-shaped member support member 100A may be formed of a synthetic resin.
