JP 2005-118432 A

However, the method of attaching the cable body to the article and suspending it from the hook on the wall surface makes the article easy to tilt and is unstable. Moreover, the wall-mounting cabinet of Patent Document 1 has a rail-like member having a male part and a female part having a length substantially equal to the cabinet width, and is large in size and lacks versatility. In addition, since the member size is large, there is a problem that it takes a lot of work to mount the cabinet and the wall surface. Also, when the cabinet is hung on the wall, it may be different from the expected position. In such a case, it is necessary to change the attachment position of either the male part or the rail-like member. However, since the member is large, the work of removing and reattaching is troublesome.

In view of the background art described above, an object of the present invention is to provide a wall surface mounting device that can be easily mounted and can be mounted on a wall surface in a stable state and has versatility.

In addition, the center portion of the engaging portion (12) has a screw hole (14) at the bottom, and a mortar-shaped recess (15) is formed to prevent the head of the screw (50) from protruding. Yes.

Further, three pin holes (16a), (16a), and (16b) are provided in the upper part of the main body (11). The upper two pin holes (16a) and (16a) consist of through-holes with an angle of 30 degrees obliquely downward, and the lower one pin hole (16b) with an angle of 30 degrees obliquely upward. Further, recessed portions (17a) and (17b) for preventing the protrusion of the head of the pin (51) are formed on the front side of each pin hole (16a), (16a) and (16b).

The wall surface fixing member (10) can be screwed to the wall surface (W) by inserting a screw (50) through the screw hole (14) of the engaging portion (12). Also, when mounting on a wall (W) made of gypsum board etc. where screws do not work, insert the pin (51) into each pin hole (16a) (16a) (16b) and attach the three pins (51). Drive into the wall (W) to cross. Further, the screw (50) and the pin (51) can be used in combination (see FIG. 4).

In the article fixing member (20), a circular article fixing projection (20) that protrudes from the front side of the plate-like main body (21) and is inserted into a hole (47) drilled in the article (S) ( 22) is provided. The height of the article fastening protrusion (22) is set in accordance with the thickness of the article (S) to be fastened, and a hammering hole (23) is formed in the center. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, a circular recess (24) is formed around the hammering hole (23) on the back surface of the main body (21).

A semicircular concave portion (25) corresponding to the outer peripheral surface of the engaging portion (12) of the wall surface fixing member (10) is formed at the lower end portion of the main body portion (21). Further, thin claw-like projections (26) and (26) projecting inward and distal to the concave portion (25) are provided on the left and right sides of the concave portion (25). These claw-shaped projections (26) are set so that the thickness corresponds to the width of the groove (13) of the engaging portion (12), and the interval corresponds to the interval between the left and right grooves (13). Is set.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, a slide stopper (27) is provided on the upper portion of the main body (21) so as to protrude to the back surface side.

The article fastening member (20) is fastened to the article (S) by using a pushing rod (30). The heel (30) has two legs (on the one side of a circular plate (31) having a diameter larger than the diameter of the article fastening protrusion (22)). 33) (33) is erected. Then, a hole (47) corresponding to the article fastening protrusion (22) is drilled in the article (S), and the article fastening projection (22) is inserted into the hole (47), and the hole (30) The legs (33) and (33) are press-fitted into the striking hole (23). By the press-fitting, the two legs (33) and (33) pass through the striking hole (23) while narrowing the interval, and after passing, the interval is restored and the protrusion (32) becomes the recess (24) of the back surface. It will be hooked on the bottom surface to prevent it from coming off. In this way, the article (S) is sandwiched between the article fastening member (20) and the bag (30), and the article fastening member (20) is fastened to the article (S) (FIG. 4). reference). Further, in order to remove the fastened article fastening member (20) from the article (S), it is necessary to bend it so that the distance between the leg portions (33) of the scissors (30) is narrowed and pull out from the striking hole (23). good.

Next, the article fixing member (20) fixed to the article (S) is engaged with the wall surface fixing member (10) fixed to the wall surface (W), and the article (S) is attached to the wall surface. That is, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the two claw-like projections (26), (26) of the article fastening member (20) are inserted into the grooves (13) of the engaging portion (12) of the wall fastening member (10). ) (13) is fitted into the upper part and slid downward to bring the concave part (25) into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the engaging part (13). In this state, the slide stopper (27) of the article fixing member (20) contacts the upper end surface of the main body (11) of the wall surface fixing member (10). Thereby, the article fixing member (20) is firmly engaged with the wall surface fixing member (10), and the article (S) is attached to the wall surface (W).

According to the wall surface mounting device of the present invention, the shape is not limited as long as the article can be fixed to the article fixing member. Below, the method of attaching the assembly-type shelf (40) shown to FIG. 5A to a wall surface (W) is demonstrated, referring FIG. 5B.

The assembly shelf (40) consists of left and right side frames (41) and (41), a top plate (42), a bottom plate (43), a back plate (44), and two shelf plates (45) and (45). The Insert the back plate (44) into the grooves (46a) (46b) (46c) formed in the left and right side frames (41) (41), the top plate (42) and the bottom plate (43), and the side frame (41) Assemble the frame by holding (41) the top plate (42) and the bottom plate (43) with the screws (48), and insert the dowels (49) into the inner surfaces of the side frames (41) (41). ) To complete. Further, two holes (47) and (47) for attaching the article fastening member (20) are formed in the upper part of the back plate (44). The method for fixing the wall surface fixing member (10) to the wall surface (W) and the method for fixing the article fixing member (10) to the back plate (44) are as described above, and the description thereof is omitted. .

(I) Prior to the assembly of the shelf (40), the two article fastening members (20) are fastened to the rear surface side of the back plate (44) using the push rods (30), and screws are attached to the wall surface (W). The wall surface fixing member (10) is fixed using (50) and / or the pin (51). At this time, before fixing the wall surface fixing member (10) to the wall surface (W), the article fixing member (20) fixed to the back plate (44) is engaged with the wall surface fixing member (10). The fixing position to the wall (W) may be determined by the engaged wall surface fixing member (10), and before the hole (47) is drilled in the back plate (44), the wall surface (W The article fixing member (20) is engaged with the wall surface fixing member (10) fixed to (), and the hole (47) in the back plate (44) is formed by the engaged article fixing member (20). The position may be determined.

(Ii) With the article fastening member (20) removed from the wall fastening member (10), the back plate (44), the left and right side frames (41) (41), the top plate (42), and the bottom plate Assemble (43) into the frame.

(Iii) The wall fixing member (10) fixed to the wall surface (W) and the article fixing member (20) fixed to the back plate (44) are engaged, and the frame is attached to the wall surface (W). . The grooves (46a), (46b) and (46c) into which the back plate (44) is fitted in the side frames (41) (41), the top plate (42) and the bottom plate (43) slightly approach the front side from the respective rear end surfaces. Therefore, a gap is formed between the wall surface (W) and the back plate (44), and the wall surface fastening member (10) and the article fastening member (20) are in this gap. Hidden.

(Iv) Insert the dowel (49) into the side frame (41) of the frame and attach the shelf plate (45).

In the wall surface mounting device (1) described above, the wall surface fixing member (10) and the article fixing member (20) are engaged with each other by the fitting of the groove (13) and the protrusion (26). Can be firmly and stably attached to the wall surface (W), and the article (S) does not tilt left and right. Further, since the groove (13) and the projection (26) are fitted, the removal is easy. Further, each wall surface mounting device (1) is small, and since a plurality of wall surface mounting devices (1) may be used according to the size of the article (S), it is excellent in versatility.

The wall surface mounting device of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and details can be changed as appropriate.

When engaging the wall surface fixing member and the article fixing member, contrary to the above embodiment, a groove may be provided in the article fixing member and a protrusion may be formed at the engaging portion of the wall surface fixing member. Furthermore, the present invention also includes a groove provided on one side surface of the engaging portion of the wall surface fixing member, a protrusion provided on the other side surface, and the article fixing member provided with the groove and the protrusion fitted to the protrusion. include.

The means for fixing the wall surface fixing member to the wall surface is not limited to the pins and screws in the illustrated example, and any means can be adopted depending on the material and shape of the wall surface. Adhesion can be exemplified as other fastening means.

The means for attaching the article fastening member to the article is not limited to the pushing rod shown in the drawing, and any fastening means can be adopted according to the material, shape, weight, etc. of the article. Other fastening means include screwing and adhesion. When the push-in tack shown in the example is used, it is easy to fasten and remove, and there is an advantage that the removed article fastening member and the tack can be reused any number of times. Moreover, it is preferable to form a protrusion (22) around the punching hole (23) as shown in the example, and insert the protrusion (22) into the hole (47) formed in the article (S). With this structure, the protrusion (22) supports the article (S) and the load on the heel (30) is reduced, and it is possible to firmly support a heavier article or a thicker article.
