本発明は、シャワーを壁面に固定されたガイドレールに沿って所定位置に移動し得るスライド式シャワーハンガーに関するもので、さらに詳しくはそのガイドレールの壁面への取付構造に関するものである。

浴室,シャワールーム等の壁面に固定した丸棒状のガイドレールに沿ってハンガー本体を移動できるようにしたスライド式シャワーハンガーは、実開昭60−91656号公報等により知られている。同公報に示されたスライド式シャワーハンガーは、ガイドレールの両端部にエンド部材が嵌着され、該エンド部材をビスにより壁面に固定したものであった。

ところでこのように両端部だけをビス止めした取付構造では、全長1メートル近くもあるような長いガイドレールの場合に、中間部における支持が不安定となって充分な取付強度が得られないという問題があった。しかし中間部においても両端部と同様のビス止をすると見栄を悪くしたりハンガー本体の移動の障害となるおそれがあった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこで本発明は、スライド式シャワーハンガーのガイドレールを表面にビスを露出させることなく見栄えよく壁面に固定できるスライド式シャワーハンガーのガイドレール取付構造を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そのために本発明のスライド式シャワーハンガーのガイドレール取付構造は、ガイドレールのガイド溝に沿ってハンガー本体をスライド可能に支持するスライド式シャワーハンガーにおいて、ガイドレールの背面にフック部が下向に延びる形態で掛止片を固着すると共に、該掛止片と同一形状に形成された他の掛止片をフック部が上向に延びる形態で壁面に固着し、この両掛止片を掛合わすことによりガイドレールを壁面に固定したことを特徴とする。
また本発明は上記ガイドレールの背面に形成されたアリ溝に掛止片の基部を挿入して該基部に背面よりビスを螺入することにより掛止片をガイドレールに固着したことを特徴とする。
さらに本発明は上記両掛止片のフック部の内面をテーパ状に先細に形成したことを特徴とする。
また、本発明のスライド式シャワーハンガーのガイドレール取付構造は、ガイドレールのガイド溝に沿ってハンガー本体をスライド可能に支持するスライド式シャワーハンガーにおいて、ガイドレールの背面に形成されたアリ溝に掛止片の基部を挿入して該基部に背面よりビスを螺入することにより該掛止片をフック部が下向に延びる形態でガイドレールに固着すると共に、他の掛止片をフック部が上向に延びる形態で壁面に固着し、この両掛止片を掛合わすことによりガイドレールを壁面に固定したことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に図面と共に本発明の実施の形態を説明する。図1にこのスライド式シャワーハンガーの外観斜視図、図2にその縦断面図、図3に図2のAーA線断面図を示す。図において、1は両側面にガイド溝2,2が形成されたアルミ製の押出成形品からなるガイドレールで、該ガイドレール1に沿ってハンガー本体3がスライド可能に設けられ、該ハンガー本体3の一側に突設されたハンドル4を締付することにより該ハンガー本体3をガイドレール1上の所望位置で固定でき、シャワーヘッド5を所望の高さに支持できる。

ガイドレール1の背面にはアリ溝6が形成されている。7はプラスチック製の掛止片で、該掛止片7は図4に示したようにやや幅広に形成された基部8をアリ溝6に一端より挿入すると共に該基部8に形成された透孔9に背面より頭なしビス10(タッピンネジ)を螺合し、該ビス10の先端をアリ溝6内底に押圧することにより該掛止片7をフック部11が下向となるように固着する。なお、該フック部11の内面12はテーパ状に先細に形成されている。

一方、図5に示した壁面固着用の掛止片14は上記掛止片7と同一形状のプラスチック製のもので、基部15とフック部16とからなり、基部15に透孔17が形成されている。そして、該掛止片14は頭付のビス18を透孔17に貫挿し浴室等の壁面に該フック部16が上向となるように固着される。該フック部16の内面19はテーパ状に先細に形成されている。なお、20は基部15と壁面間に挟む水封用パッキンである。
