従来から、通夜、葬式などでは、弔問者に記帳をお願いし、その記帳の内容に基づいて、弔問者の一覧などが作成され、後日、香典返しの送付先の特定などに使用されている。

また、このような事務処理の負担を軽減するためのコンピュータシステムなどが種々提案されている（例えば特許文献１参照）。

その他、弔問者の名前だけでは、遺族にとって、故人とその弔問者との関係が不明な場合があるため、故人との関係を記入する欄を有する香典袋が提案されている（例えば特許文献２参照）。
【考案の開示】
【考案が解決しようとする課題】

しかしながら、上述の従来のシステムや香典袋を使用しても、香典袋における住所の記入欄への記入内容をシステムや台帳に手入力することは、煩雑かつ労力が必要となってしまう。

そこで、本考案は、郵便番号および／または電話番号から、弔問者の住所を簡単に特定しデータ登録することができる香典袋を得ることを目的とする。
【課題を解決するための手段】

上記の課題を解決するために、本考案の香典袋は、弔問者記入用の郵便番号記入欄および電話番号記入欄を有する。

この香典袋を利用すると、弔問者の郵便番号や電話番号を取得でき、これらの情報は数字で構成されるためにデータ化しやすく、郵便番号や電話番号のデータから、弔問者の住所を簡単に特定しデータ登録することができる。

さらに、本考案の香典袋は、上記考案の香典袋に加え、郵便番号記入欄および電話番号記入欄が裏面に印刷されているものである。
