側溝に装着されるグレーチングは、車両等の走行によりがたついたり、ずれたりして騒音を発生することがある。こうした騒音の軽減防止対策として従来、グレーチングと側溝或いは受枠との間にゴムや樹脂製の緩衝材を介在させるようにしたものほか、グレーチングの端板にクリップを嵌着して受枠に装着し、クリップの弾発力によりグレーチングのがたつきを防止するようにしたもの(特許文献1)、グレーチングを押さえる押さえ金と、受枠の受け梁に下側より当てられる当て金とをボルトにより連結してグレーチングを固定させるようにしたもの(特許文献2)などが知られる。

図1は、グレーチング1を固定するための本考案固定装置a(ストッパー部3及び収納部9)を前後左右に四ヶ所設けたグレーチングについて示すもので、各固定装置aは、図3に示すように、グレーチング1下面にU型板7を溶接等で固着し、U型板7は図4に示すようにナット等を装着する嵌孔8があり、嵌孔8の大きさは、縦幅は軸となるナット等が嵌合する程度であり、横幅はストッパー部3が前後に可動し、収納部9にストッパー部3が到達できるようにしてある。図3に示すように、ストッパー部3はストッパー4がナット5により軸着されており、ストッパー形状はZ状もしくは長方形状であってもよい。図2に示すように、収納部9はコの字状型枠であり、ストッパー部3を差し込むことができ、かつストッパー部3が浮き上がった場合に受枠2が押さえ板になるように受枠2下面に溶接等で固着する。また、収納部9は、ストッパー部3の前進可動を係止する板状のものであってもよい。
