Abstract

A high-output LED lamp has a structure in which a metal material having a high thermal conductivity is used to dissipate heat generated when the LED lamp is turned on.
A high-power LED lamp socket is formed by forming a high-power LED lamp, a covered wire, and a subunit in which a resistor is soldered to the covered wire in a ceramic container while maintaining a heat radiation structure at the time of lighting. The problem was solved by inserting into a ceramic container and joining with a base pin.

Description

【0001】

[0001]
[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to a high-power LED lamp in which an efficient radiator is integrally provided.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, high-power LED lamps generate high heat when lit, so when they are installed in equipment, they have a negative effect on the life of the LED and the surroundings. It is intended for protection.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, attention was paid to the measures against deterioration due to high heat at the time of lighting of the LED lamp and to simplify the handling operation for it, and the object was to improve the productivity and improve safety.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In view of this point, the inventor has developed several improved LED lamps and has been using them in various fields. However, as the performance of LED lamps has progressed, measures for high heat have been further required, leading to the present invention.
[0005]
The present invention was able to cope with sufficient protection measures against high heat emitted from the LED lamp by integrally mounting a heat radiator made of aluminum and provided with multi-stage heat radiation wings.
[0006]
By attaching a reflector or lens to the LED lamp, the performance of the LED lamp with higher illuminance is further enhanced and suitable for loading into precision equipment, and inspection and maintenance of the equipment are facilitated.
[0007]
[Embodiment of the invention]
FIG. 1 is a side view of an LED lamp provided with an LED source A at a tip, and a radiator (1) is arranged at a base of the LED source A. Two lead wires (6) with a current limiting resistor (5) are led out from the LED source A, and these lead wires (6) are inserted into the heat radiator (1) to make the present invention. An LED lamp is formed.
[0008]
3 and 4 are side views of the LED lamp provided with the reflecting mirror (10) according to the second aspect. FIG. 3 is an exploded view in which the bowl-shaped reflecting mirror (10) is attached to the LED lamp. FIG. 4 shows a side view of the completed lamp.
[0009]
FIGS. 5 and 6 are side views of an LED lamp provided with a lens (20) according to claim 3, wherein FIG. 5 is an exploded view in which the lens (20) is mounted, and FIG. 1 shows a side view of the LED lamp of FIG.
[0010]
Since the radiator (1) used in the LED lamp of the present invention is made of aluminum having radiating wings (2) provided in multiple stages, the high heat generated from the lamp A when the LED source A is turned on is provided in multiple stages. The heat dissipating wings (2) can be widely diffused, so that the temperature rise in the attached device can be suppressed and the device can be sufficiently prevented from being damaged or having a reduced function.
[0011]
Further, the LED lamp of the present invention can be further improved in performance by mounting a reflecting mirror and a lens. Reference numeral (3) in the drawing indicates a lamp holder for mounting the LED source A.
[0012]
[Effect of the invention]
As described above, the LED lamp of the present invention can disperse the high heat during lighting of the lamp sufficiently by providing aluminum radiating wings in multiple stages and in a large size, so that the LED lamp can be safely mounted on the mounting equipment. And contributed to the inspection and security of the equipment.
