【考案の属する技術分野】
本考案は、長尺用紙に印刷加工を施しさらにミシン加工またはスジ押し加工を施し段差を設けながら折り込むことでページ構成を持たせ、段差によって設けられたズレた部分をインデックスとして利用することができる段差折り印刷物に関するもである。

【従来の技術】
従来、製本された印刷物においては製本の中に目次項目が設けられており、インデックスにより印刷物の表紙から印刷物の内容を容易に確認できる印刷物はなかった。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
これには次のような欠点があった。
（イ）電気製品などの使用説明書などにおいては、製本された中に目次項目が設けられており必要内容を容易に確認できる使用説明書はなかった。
（ロ）使用説明書などの表紙に目次内容が印刷されているものがあるが、表紙に印刷された目次から内容頁を容易に開くことができるのもはなかった。
（ハ）簡易的な小誌本や説明書等における印刷製本は、各頁枚に断裁をおこない製本しなければならない為に製造コストが高くなる欠点がみられた。
（二）簡易的な小誌本や説明書等における印刷製本は、各頁枚に断裁をおこない製本しなければならない為にステップラー針又は糊止めよる製本加工をおこなわれなければならない欠点がみられた。
本発明は、これらの欠点を解決するためになされたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
一枚の長尺用紙に印刷、ミシン又はスジ押し加工を施し段差に折り込んでいくことで頁枚を設け、各頁枚につくられた段差によるズレた部分をインデックスとして 利用することで印刷物の内容が表紙又は裏表紙から把握できるとともに段差折りを利用したインデンクスから必要頁を容易に開くことができるよう構成される。

【考案の実施の形態】
以下、本考案の実施例について説明する。
本考案は図１に示すように第一工程として一枚の長尺用紙の表面又は両面に、印刷をおこなう。
第二工程に第一工程において印刷された長尺用紙の各頁枚に設定した位置に折りミシン又はスジ押し（２）を加工する。
各頁枚に設定した位置に折りミシンを使用する場合には、頁切れを防止するためにミシン目はページ端に係らないよう設ける。
第三工程に段差に折り込まれる各頁枚に設定した位置の折りミシン又はスジ押し（２）加工に従い図２、図３に示すように各頁が段差になるように折り込まれる。
図４は表面から折り込まれた状態で、ミシン又はスジ押し（２）に従って各頁が段差になるように折り込まれた間隔により見出し部（３）が設けられ、この見出し部（３）をインデックスとして利用する。
見出し部（３）は最低幅４ミリから構成される。
図５はインデックスより各ページを開いた状態の本発明の使用図である。
以上のような加工工程からなる段差折りインデックス印刷物を使用するときはミシン又はスジ押し（２）に従って各頁が段差になるように折り込まれた間隔により見出し部（３）が設けられていることで、図５に示すように折り込まれている印刷内容が表紙又は裏表紙からの確認ができインデックスから開きたい頁の内容をすぐに開くことができる。
以上のことから、使用説明書や広告、パンフレットに印刷活用することができる。
図６は応用実施例で、表紙又は裏表紙のいずれ、又は表裏双方の紙端位置の折り込み時に他のページに重ならない位置に、必要に応じた任意の個数のファイル穴を設けることでファイル保管をすることができる。

【考案の効果】
本考案において、一枚の長尺用紙を段差に折り込みインデックスと頁を設けることで頁枚数を必要としない小誌製本、使用説明書、パンフレット等においての印刷物の加工が容易になり製造コストが大幅に削減される。
また本考案の仕様により図５に示すように各頁枚の段差の折り込みによりインデックスが設けられ、表紙から内容の確認と必要内容頁の引き出しが容易にできる。図６の応用実施例で示すように、表紙又は裏表紙のいずれ、又は表裏双方の紙端位置に必要に応じた任意の個数のファイル穴を設けることで、ファイル保管をすることができる。
また本考案においては一枚の長尺用紙にて頁枚数を構成するため、従来の頁を綴じるための製本に用いていていたステップラー針を使用しないため環境保護につながる。
本考案は、以上のような効果を実現できるものである。
