This has the following disadvantages. (B) In the instruction manuals for electric appliances and the like, a table of contents item is provided in the bound book, and there is no instruction manual for easily confirming necessary contents. (B) Although the contents of the table of contents are printed on the cover such as the instruction manual, the contents page cannot be easily opened from the table of contents printed on the cover. (C) Print binding in simple magazine books and manuals, etc.
Since each page had to be cut and bound, the manufacturing cost was high. (D) Print binding in simple magazine books and manuals,
Since each page must be cut and bound, there is a drawback that bookbinding with a stapler or glue must be performed. The present invention has been made to solve these disadvantages.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below. In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, printing is performed on the front surface or both surfaces of one long sheet as a first step. In the second step, the folding sewing machine or the line pressing (2) is processed at the position set on each page of the long paper printed in the first step. When a folding machine is used at the position set for each page, the perforation is provided so as not to touch the edge of the page in order to prevent the page from being cut. In the third step, each page is folded in accordance with a folding sewing machine or a streak pushing (2) process at a position set on each page folded into a step as shown in FIGS. FIG. 4 shows a state in which each page is folded in such a manner that each page is stepped in accordance with a sewing machine or a streak push (2) in a state where it is folded from the surface, and a heading section (3) is provided.
This heading (3) is used as an index. The heading (3) has a minimum width of 4 mm. FIG. 5 is a diagram of use of the present invention in a state where each page is opened from the index. When using a step-folded index printed matter including the above-described processing steps, the index portion (3) is provided by the interval at which each page is folded so as to be a step according to the sewing machine or the streak pushing (2). , FIG.
As shown in (1), the folded print contents can be confirmed from the front cover or the back cover, and the contents of the page to be opened can be immediately opened from the index. From the above, it can be printed and used for instruction manuals, advertisements, and pamphlets.
FIG. 6 shows an application example, in which an arbitrary number of file holes are provided as necessary in a position that does not overlap with another page when folding the paper edge position of either the front cover or the back cover, or both the front and back sides. Can be.

According to the present invention, one long sheet of paper is folded into a step and provided with an index and pages, thereby facilitating the processing of printed matter in bookbinding, instruction manuals, pamphlets, etc. which do not require the number of pages. Manufacturing costs are greatly reduced. According to the specification of the present invention, an index is provided by folding a step of each page as shown in FIG.
Confirmation of contents and extraction of necessary contents pages from the cover can be easily performed. As shown in the application example of FIG. 6, a file can be stored by providing an optional number of file holes as needed at either the front cover or the back cover, or at both the front and back paper edge positions. Further, in the present invention, since the number of pages is constituted by one long sheet, the stepler staple used in the conventional bookbinding for binding pages is not used, which leads to environmental protection. The present invention can achieve the above effects.
