上向き水平姿勢から下向き転倒姿勢に転倒させたり、元
の姿勢に戻す動作を簡単確実に行うことができ、従来の
ように転倒台を設けたり、又吊ロープとは別の転倒用ロ
ープを附設するようなことを要しないで、吊ロープのみ
でバケツ本体を反転及び復帰動作を行うことができるも
のであって、騒音を少なくして安全且つ能率的に土砂等
の排出作業を行うことができ、而も簡単な構成でコスト
的にも有利である。
