(57)【要約】 【課題】 上の階の床で発生した騒音を下の階などに伝
えないようにするための防音材を提供する。 【解決手段】 本考案の防音材は，コンクリートスラブ
（１）と，少なくとも一面に凹凸面を有し，この凹凸面
がコンクリートスラブ表面に付着された合成樹脂板
（２）と，この合成樹脂板（２）の他面に塗布されたモ
ルタル（３）とから構成されることを特徴とする。上の
階からの騒音は，合成樹脂板（２）の凸部（２０１）と
凹部（２０２）の間を横に広がり，騒音が減少して遮音
効率が向上する。

【考案の詳細な説明】 【０００１】 【考案の属する技術分野】 本考案は防音材に関し，特に，アパート，マンション等の集合住宅，ビル，そ の他の一般建物に用いられる防音材に関する。 【０００２】 【従来の技術】 高層マンション等において，下の階のコンクリートスラブ天井は，上の階にお いては床にあたるもので，上の階の床に物体の接触衝撃などで発生する騒音は， 主として真下の階の部屋に伝わる。 【０００３】 【考案が解決しようとする課題】 従来，このような騒音によって，下の階の居住者は不快な生活を強いられてい た。本考案はこのような事情を考慮してなされたもので，上記のような問題を解 決し，上の階の床で発生した騒音を下の階などに伝えないようにするための防音 材を提供することを目的とする。 【０００４】 【課題を解決するための手段】 本考案の防音材は，コンクリートスラブと，少なくとも一面に凹凸面を有し， この凹凸面がコンクリートスラブ表面に付着された合成樹脂板と，この合成樹脂 板の他面に塗布されたモルタルとから構成されることを特徴とする。 【０００５】 このような構造の防音材が設置されると，上の階からの騒音は，合成樹脂板の 凸部と凹部の間を横に伝わって減少し，遮音効率が向上する。 【０００６】 【考案の実施の形態】 以下に，本考案の実施の形態を，図面を用いて説明する。図１は，本実施形態 の防音材の断面図である。本実施形態の防音材は，建物の各階に設置されるコン クリートスラブ（１）の表面に，上面は平らな形をし，下面は凸部（２０１）と 凹部（２０２）からなる合成樹脂板（２）をつける。さらにこの上に，モルタル （３）を塗りつけて製造される。図１中，符号４は床暖房の暖房管，符号５は， 例えばビニールシートなどの表面材である。 【０００７】 図２は，本考案の防音材の合成樹脂板の一部斜視図である。高層マンション等 において，下の階の天井は上の階においては床にあたる。コンクリートスラブ（ １）の表面に，下面が凸部（２０１）と凹部（２０２）からなる合成樹脂板（２ ）を敷き，その上にモルタル（３）を一定厚さ塗って床を作る。このような構造 の防音材で床を作ると，上の階から発生する騒音は，合成樹脂板（２）を通過す ると，一部吸収されると同時に合成樹脂板（２）の凸部（２０１）と凹部（２０ ２）の間を通って，図２の矢印で示されたように移動しながら相殺される。従っ て，上の階で発生する騒音は大幅に減少することになり，下の階まではほとんど 伝わらなくなる。 【０００８】 以上，添付図面を参照しながら本考案の防音材の好適な実施形態について説明 したが，本考案はこれらの例に限定されない。いわゆる当業者であれば，実用新 案登録請求の範囲に記載された技術的思想の範疇内において各種の変更例または 修正例に想到し得ることは明らかであり，それらについても当然に本考案の技術 的範囲に属するものと了解される。 【０００９】 【考案の効果】 このように本考案の防音材は，コンクリートスラブ（１）の表面に，凸部（２ ０１）と凹部（２０２）を有する合成樹脂板（２）を敷き，その上にモルタル（ ３）を塗って床を構成したもので，遮音効率を向上させる効果がある。
