従来のダクト消音器では、風圧や風量が大になるにつれて騒音値を下げること が難しかった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、騒音を膨張式兼吸音式消音器で消音し、さらに消音 器入口１の断面積より合計の断面積が広い複数の小口径吸音式消音器群で吸音材 ７に近づけ吸音し、再び膨張式兼吸音式消音器で消音する方式とした。

騒音値７５ｄＢが４９ｄＢに下がった。
