Its thickness varies depending on the manufacturer, but generally it is 10
It is about 20mm. The characteristics of this tatami mat are its fashionable shape and appearance, and its thickness that is thin and easy to handle. Usually, a tatami floor is made by attaching a cushion to at least the surface side of the plywood, and the tatami mat surface is often made of resin fibers that resemble rush, in addition to traditional rush. Tatami floors are sometimes fitted with thin aluminum plates to prevent warping, or grooves in plywood. In particular, tatami mats made of resin fibers are colored, and colorful thin tatami mats such as orange and purple are also appearing.

The sewing device used in the manufacture of tatami is powerful, and even with a tatami floor made of plywood, cushioning material, and aluminum sheet, it is possible to penetrate the needle and sew the tatami mat to the tatami floor, Every year, the sewing thread plays the role of a thread saw, and may cut not only the tatami mat but also the tatami mat floor. The second method is to use a tacker which has been conventionally used for cornering. The tacker is fixed by pressing the tatami mat like a clasp with a tacker needle driven into the tatami floor. Since the tatami mat upholstery can be completed in a shorter time than sewing, there are many methods of using this tacker in thin tatami mats.

A stapling device in which a tacker is attached to a moving slide is disclosed. With the tatami floor turned upside down, the slide is slid from the end to the front of the tatami mat facing the back surface, and a tacker needle is driven at predetermined intervals. In Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 57-147669, the wrinkle straightening roller of the tatami mat is moved prior to the slide of the frame stopper device of Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 57-52275.

In the case of the tatami mat being stopped by a tacker, the tacker needles need only be driven at regular intervals. For example, if driving is started simultaneously from a plurality of locations, the work time can be reduced. From this, it can be pointed out that the frame stop device of the above-mentioned Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 57-52275 does not reduce the working time due to the use of the tacker.

畳表は均一かつ適度な張りを持たせておく必要がある。In addition, in order to slide the slide from the end, it is inevitable that wrinkles are formed on the tatami surface. For this reason, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 57-147669 discloses the addition of a wrinkle removing roller. However, even with this wrinkle removing roller, it is difficult to completely remove wrinkles on the tatami surface. Properly setting the tatami mat surface affects the quality of the appearance of the tatami mat as a finished product, and it is necessary that the tatami mat when the tacker needle is driven be provided with a uniform and appropriate tatami mat.

A chuck that sandwiches the tatami table outside the frame and pulls it outward,
The tatami mat in the tensioned state by the chuck is pressed from above in the vicinity of the frame to hold the tension state, and the tatami mat holding down the tatami mat is folded downward, and the tatami mat bent downward is pushed over substantially the entire frame so as to push in the tatami mat bent downward. A slidable plate or a slidable bar that is brought into close contact with the backside while being wound around the frame, and a tatami mat is fixed to the backside of the tatami floor while moving from one end of the frame to the other end along the slidable plate or the slidable bar. This is a tatami-topped tacker frame stopper device that is made up of a tacker. The sliding plate may have a rounded edge facing the frame or a slightly downward slope near the edge toward the frame. The sliding contact rod is preferably bent in an inverted U shape toward the frame in order to push and hold the tatami table while avoiding the moving tacker.

It is good to make a sliding contact with the tatami surface that is in close contact with the back surface of the tatami floor, and to arrange a plurality of tackers in parallel, and to move them from one end side of the frame to the other end side in conjunction. That is, by sliding the sliding contact plate or the sliding contact rod on the tatami mat in close contact with the back surface by the sliding contact plate or the sliding contact rod to which a plurality of tackers are attached, the sliding contact plate or the sliding contact rod moves from one end side of the frame toward the other end side. Tackle needles are driven simultaneously from a plurality of moving tackers to fix the tatami mat. The greater the number of tackers arranged in parallel, the shorter the work time. For example, when four tackers are arranged at equal intervals, the fixing work of the tatami mat can be completed by moving the sliding contact plate by the distance between the respective tackers.

The tatami mat is pushed over the entire area of the tatami mat and the tatami mat is pushed into the tatami mat, and the tacker sticks the tatami mat with the sliding plate or sliding bar sticking to the back of the tatami floor. Can be fixed in a state where
The appearance of the product can be improved. In particular, since the sliding plate or the sliding bar presses the tatami table against the back surface of the tatami floor with the surface or the line, there is no possibility that wrinkles may be formed during the fixing operation of the tatami table by the tacker.

By keeping the tatami mat in close contact with the back of the tatami floor, the occurrence can be suppressed. Even when a plurality of tackers are arranged side by side, all of them are attached to the sliding contact plate or sliding contact rod, and the sliding contact plate or sliding contact rod moves as a result of the movement of each tacker, causing wrinkles on the tatami surface Will not be done.

The tatami mat 3 placed on the tatami floor 2 is clamped at both ends by chucks 5 located outside the frame 9 and pulled outward (see FIG. 1) to be in a tensioned state. In this tensioned state, the tatami mat holder 8 descends from near the frame 9 and from above, and presses the tatami mat 3 against the surface of the tatami floor 2. Thereafter, the chuck 5 releases the tatami table 3 and retreats, and enters a standby state.

The tatami table holder 8 of the present example is provided with a tatami table folding plate 10 as a member for bending the tatami table 3 downward, and separates pressing of the tatami table 3 from downward bending. A tatami mat retainer previously formed into an L-shaped cross section may be brought into contact with the upper edge of the frame 9 to press and fold the tatami mat 3 downward. However, by dividing the function as in this example, the tatami mat 3 is divided. The tatami mat 3 can be bent downward while maintaining the tension of the tatami stably. The reason why the tatami mat 3 is bent downward is to ensure that the tatami mat 3 is wound around the frame 9 by the sliding contact plate 6 described later.

As shown in FIG. 1, four tackers 7, 7, 7, 7 are skewed in the moving direction and are integrally attached to the sliding contact plate 6 of this example at equal intervals. Further, the front edge of the sliding contact plate 6 facing the frame 9 is inclined slightly downward so that it can easily sink into the back surface of the tatami floor 2. The sliding contact plate 6 moves forward until the tatami mat 3 is brought into close contact with the back surface of the tatami floor 2. In addition, the reason that the tacker 7 is skewed is that the sticker needle 11 (see FIGS. 7 and 8) which is driven into the tatami mat floor 2 is more effective for the sticking of the tatami mat 3 when it is skewed with respect to the tatami mat 3. In addition, since it is easy to remove the tacker needle 11, the tacker needle 11 may be oriented in a direction perpendicular to the tatami floor 2 or may be substantially parallel to the moving direction of the tacker 7.

The sliding contact plate 6 sinks into the back surface of the tatami floor 2 so as to push the tatami table 3 protruding from the frame 9 (see FIG. 5). Then, the tatami table 3 is brought into close contact with the back of the tatami mat (see FIG. 6). In the conventional apparatus similar to the present invention, there is no member for uniformly bringing the tatami mat into close contact with the frame over the entire area of the frame, and only a wrinkle removing roller or the like sequentially advances at a position where a single tacker moves. For this reason, there is a possibility that wrinkles may occur before the tacker is driven from the tacker. However, according to the present invention, the tension state by the chuck 5 is
Since the sliding contact plate 6 is held until it sinks into the back surface of the tatami floor 2, wrinkles do not occur and the tacker needle 11 can be driven in a good appearance.

FIG. 5 is an equivalent view of FIG. 5 showing the state of driving, and FIG. 8 is an equivalent view of FIG. 2 showing the same state. The sliding contact plate 6 integrated with the tacker 7 is slid into contact with the tatami table 3 in accordance with the movement of the tacker 7, and when the tacker needles 11 are driven from each of the tackers 7 toward the tatami floor 2, the tatami table 3 is creased. Does not occur. In addition, since the four tackers 7, 7, 7, 7 maintain an interval via the sliding contact plate 6, the tacker needles 11 can be neatly driven into the tatami floor 2. In addition, a tatami table 3 with four tackers 7,7,7,7
Can be completed in one-fourth the working time of a conventional equivalent device. This means that the time required to complete the tatami can be greatly reduced, and the production efficiency can be improved.

FIG. 9 is a diagram corresponding to FIG. The function of the sliding contact rod 12 is to wrap the tatami table 3 around the frame 9 and adhere to the back surface of the tatami floor 2 to remove wrinkles in advance. In this example, the position is fixed and the tacker 7 moves. While the tacker needle 11 is being driven, the tatami table 3 is wound around the frame 9 and kept in close contact with the back surface of the tatami floor 2. Note that, similarly to the above-mentioned sliding contact plate, the sliding contact rod 12 and the tacker 7 may be integrated, and the sliding contact rod 12 may be moved while slidingly contacting the tatami table 3 in accordance with the movement of the tacker 7.

る。According to the present invention, a tatami mat having a very good appearance can be manufactured by eliminating the wrinkles generated during the fixing work of the tatami mat by the tacker. In addition, the work of fixing the tatami mat with a tacker that requires less work time than the fixing of the tatami mat by sewing can be completed in a shorter time by arranging multiple tackers in parallel and hitting the tacker needles at multiple places at the same time. Also, the productivity of tatami mats can be increased. As described above, the present invention realizes the provision of a tatami-faced tacker frame-stopping device which has high fashionability and is suitable for mass production of relatively small thin tatami mats.
