(57)【要約】 【課題】 ディスク本体およびキャップ本体からなり、
その両方の上に印刷することにより広い印刷可能領域を
得ることができる光ディスクを提供する。 【解決手段】 その上に印刷される第１表面１０、光学
データを記憶用第２表面１４、環状穴表面１１０によっ
て規定される中央スルーホール１１からなり、さらにキ
ャップシートフランジ１２を有し、キャップシートフラ
ンジ１２は、穴表面１１０から半径方向内側に伸長し、
複数のマウントホール１３が形成されているディスク本
体１と、スルーホール１１内に設けられたキャッププレ
ート２１からなり、キャッププレート２１は、その上に
印刷される上面２１０、底面２１１およびキャップシー
トフランジ１２の上面上に位置する周辺部２１２を有
し、さらに複数のフックアーム２０を有し、フックアー
ム２０は、底面２１１における周辺部２１２から伸長し
てマウントホール１３内をスライド可能に延びているキ
ャップ本体２とから構成した。

【考案の属する技術分野】
本考案は、光ディスク、特にディスク本体およびキャップ本体からなり、その 両方の上に印刷されている光ディスクに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
図１および図２は、２つの従来の光ディスク４、５を示す。従来の光ディスク ４は円形であり、また従来の光ディスク５は矩形である。それぞれの光ディスク ４、５は、印刷される表面を有する。さらに、それぞれの光ディスク４、５は、 光ディスクリーダの回転駆動軸（不図示）の伸長部に対する中央スルーホール４ ０、５０を有する。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
スルーホール４０、５０があるために、従来の光ディスク４、５の印刷可能な 領域が、比較的小さくなり、光ディスク４、５の表面状に印刷される絵が完全で なくなる。
【０００４】 本考案の目的は、ディスク本体およびキャップ本体からなり、その両方の上に 印刷することにより広い印刷可能領域を得ることができる光ディスクを提供する ことである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記課題を解決するため、本考案にかかる光ディスクは、 その上に印刷される第１表面、該第１表面と反対側にあり、光学データを記憶 するための第２表面、および前記第１表面から前記第２表面まで伸長し、環状穴 表面によって規定される中央スルーホールからなり、さらにキャップシートフラ ンジを有し、該キャップシートフランジは、前記穴表面から半径方向内側に伸長 し、複数のマウントホールが形成されているディスク本体と、 前記スルーホール内に設けられたキャッププレートからなり、該キャッププレ ートは、その上に印刷される上面、底面および前記キャップシートフランジの上 面上に位置する周辺部を有し、さらに複数のフックアームを有し、該フックアー ムは、前記底面における前記周辺部から伸長して前記マウントホール内をスライ ド可能に延びているキャップ本体とからなるものである。

【考案の実施の形態】
次に、本考案の実施の形態を添付図面に従って説明する。 図３、４を参照すると、本考案の好ましい実施形態にかかる光ディスクが、デ ィスク本体１、キャップ本体２および付勢手段からなることが示されている。
【０００７】 前記ディスク本体１は、円形もしくは矩形であることが好ましく、図６に示す ように、その上に印刷される第１表面１０、該第１表面１０と反対側にあり、よ く知られた方法により光学データを記憶するための第２表面１４、および前記第 １表面１０から前記第２表面１４まで伸長し、環状穴表面１１０によって規定さ れる中央スルーホール１１からなる。前記ディスク本体１は、さらにキャップシ ートフランジ１２を有し、該キャップシートフランジ１２は、前記第１表面１０ と第２表面１４との間の前記穴表面１１０から半径方向内側に伸長し、複数のマ ウントホール１３が形成されている。
【０００８】 前記キャップ本体は、前記スルーホール１１内に設けられたキャッププレート ２１からなる。該キャッププレートは、図６に示すように、その上に印刷される 上面２１０、底面２１１および前記キャップシートフランジ１２の上面上に位置 する周辺部２１２を有する。さらに、前記キャップ本体２は、複数のフックアー ム２０を有し、該フックアーム２０は、前記底面２１１における前記周辺部２１ ２から伸長して前記マウントホール１３内をスライド可能に延びている。
【０００９】 前記付勢手段は、前記キャップシートフランジ１２と前記フックアーム２０に 接続され、前記キャップ本体２を付勢して前記キャッププレート２１を前記キャ ップシートフランジ１２側に移動する。前記付勢手段は、前記フックアーム２０ にそれぞれ接続されている複数の伸長ばね３からなる。
【００１０】 使用する間、光学ディスクリーダ（不図示）の回転駆動軸６０は、スルーホー ル１１を貫通して伸長し、キャッププレート２１の上面２１０が、ディスク本体 １の第１表面１０とほぼ面一である通常位置から、キャッププレート２１がディ スク本体１の第１表面１０に対して突出する使用位置まで、キャッププレート２ １を上側に押し上げる。また、キャップシートフランジ１２は、図５に示すよう に、回転駆動軸６０上のばね負荷リテーナ６１に係合している。本発明の光ディ スクは、図６に示すように、前述したような従来の光ディスク４、５と比較して 、例えばキャッププレート２１の上面２１０のような付加的な印刷領域を有する 。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 その上に印刷される第１表面、該第１表
    面と反対側にあり、光学データを記憶するための第２表
    面、および前記第１表面から前記第２表面まで伸長し、
    環状穴表面によって規定される中央スルーホールからな
    り、さらにキャップシートフランジを有し、該キャップ
    シートフランジは、前記穴表面から半径方向内側に伸長
    し、複数のマウントホールが形成されているディスク本
    体と、 前記スルーホール内に設けられたキャッププレートから
    なり、該キャッププレートは、その上に印刷される上
    面、底面および前記キャップシートフランジの上面上に
    位置する周辺部を有し、さらに複数のフックアームを有
    し、該フックアームは、前記底面における前記周辺部か
    ら伸長して前記マウントホール内をスライド可能に延び
    ているキャップ本体とからなることを特徴とする光ディ
    スク。
  2. 【請求項２】 さらに付勢手段を有し、該付勢手段は、
    前記キャップシートフランジと前記フックアームに接続
    され、前記キャップ本体を付勢して前記キャッププレー
    トを前記キャップシートフランジ側に移動することを特
    徴とする請求項１に記載の光ディスク。
  3. 【請求項３】 前記付勢手段は、前記フックアームにそ
    れぞれ接続されている複数の伸長ばねからなることを特
    徴とする請求項２に記載の光ディスク。
  4. 【請求項４】 前記ディスク本体は、円形であることを
    特徴とする請求項１に記載の光ディスク。
  5. 【請求項５】 前記ディスク本体は、矩形であることを
    特徴とする請求項１に記載の光ディスク。
