 The means adopted by the present invention are as follows. 1. [Embodiment of the invention]

 An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to an exemplary diagram. A mat is created by entanglement of biodegradable coconut fibers at a coarse density. Two mats (1b, 1c) are overlapped, and a plurality of implantation holes (2) are juxtaposed using a punching machine. The two mats are laminated on the upper surface of another mat (1a) having no implantation hole to obtain a mat laminate (1) that forms the main part of the invented product.
