Claims (3)
持部51を有し、該水平支持部51の両側が対称に斜め

片52の延伸端が下向きに延伸されて係止部53が形成
され、該係止部53の底端が内向きに折り曲げられてフ
ック54が形成され、該バネ片52と係止部53の間の
夾角が90度より小さく設けられた、上記二つの留め具
5と、二つの制動部材6及び一つの連動部材7を少なく
とも具えたCPUと放熱片の固定装置において、 該留め具5の二つの上記バネ片52及び二つの上記係止
部53の中央にいずれも溝55が設けられ、その中、一
つの係止部53の溝55の中央に係止条56が横向に跨
設されており、 上記制動部材6は、上記留め具5の両側の係止部53の
溝55の間に架設され、その一端に鉤状部61が設けら
れて留め具5の一側の係止部53の係止条56と係合
し、もう一端にL形ガイド孔62が設けられて、該L形
ガイド孔62の水平部622が制動部材6の水平方向に
向けて設けられ、垂直部621が水平部622の外端に
連接して下向きに延伸され、該L形ガイド孔62の垂直
部621がちょうど留め具5のもう一側の係止条56の
溝55の外に突出しており、 上記連動部材7は、適当な長さの本体71を具え、該本
体71の底面両端が対称に外向き且つ上向きに延伸され
て上記本体71に垂直なガイド片72が形成され、二つ
のガイド片72がそれぞれ両側の制動部材6のガイド孔
62内に通されており、 該連動部材7が上向きに回転させられることで、そのガ
イド片72が直立状態から水平状態とされて留め具5の
係止部53を内向きに夾合させて固定状態を形成し、該
固定状態にあって該連動部材7が外向きに回転させられ
ることで、ガイド片72が水平状態から直立状態に復帰
して留め具5の係止部53を釈放して外向きに開かせ非
固定状態を形成するようにしてあり、以上の構成を有す
ることを特徴とする、CPUと放熱片の固定装置。1.
