Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hook commonly called a pin hook that is fixed to a wall surface of a room such as a house using a pin.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, there are various types of hooks that are attached to the wall surface of a house or room. Adhesives are also used as the fixing method, screws are screwed in, and pins (or nails) are pressed in to fix. There are things to do. The present invention relates to a pin (or nail) push-in type hook that is particularly useful for a gypsum board, that is, a pin hook.
[0003]
In this type of pin hook, a dedicated part (pin pushing tool) for pushing the fixing pin is sold separately as an accessory or separately from the hook body.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the case of the conventional pin hook, since dedicated parts are required, it is uneconomical. Furthermore, if it is necessary to remove the attached hook body at a later time due to a change in attachment position or for some reason, the dedicated parts are not necessarily stored in close proximity. It was inconvenient because it required tools for pushing again. In addition, since the head of the pin is driven into close contact with the mounting surface, it is not easy to pull out the pin when it has to be pulled out.
[0005]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and provides a novel pin hook in which means for attaching / detaching a pin is formed on a part of a main body.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The pin hook of the present invention has a base portion provided with a hook portion, and a cover portion that is detachable with respect to the base portion,
A thin portion is formed in the base portion, and at least one pin mounting through hole is provided in the thin portion, and a part of the lower surface of the head of the mounting pin is provided in the vicinity of the pin mounting through hole. Forming a contactable pillow,
A frame portion is erected on the cover portion, a flange portion projecting inward is formed on the frame portion, and a pin head is formed on the outer surface of the frame portion. A recess is formed which can be received and pressed against the pin.
[0007]
As a preferred embodiment, the cover part is detachably attached by sliding the frame part and the flange part along the peripheral edge of the thin part.
[0008]
Preferably, a plurality of through holes for attaching the pins are formed, at least one of which extends perpendicularly to the bottom surface of the main body, and the remaining through holes extend obliquely to the bottom surface of the main body. .
[0009]
Further, at least a part of the opening of the recessed part may be formed with a protrusion or hooking part that can engage with a part of the head of the pin and act to pull out the pin.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0011]
【Example】
A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0012]
1, 2, and 3, the pin hook 1 of the present invention has a base portion 3 having a hook portion 2 and a cover portion 11 slidably and detachably attached to the base portion 3.
[0013]
The base portion 3 has a bulge portion 4 located near the hook portion 2 and a thin portion 5, and the bulge portion 4 is not only thick but also wider than the thin portion 5 as shown in the figure. . This is formed in consideration of dimensions when a cover portion 11 to be described later is attached.
[0014]
A plurality of (six in the illustrated example) through-holes 7 that pass to the bottom surface are arranged on the upper surface of the thin part 5, and four close to the hook part 2 in the illustrated example are oblique as shown in FIG. 3. The two through holes far from the hook portion 2 are formed vertically.
[0015]
In FIG. 3, a raised pillow portion 8 is formed in the vicinity of the opening of the through hole 7 of the thin portion 5 so that a part of the lower surface of the head of the mounting pin P can come into contact with the above. An air space 9 is formed on the opposite side of the pillow portion 8 and serves as a space for pin removal described later. The pillow portion 8 is formed so as to protrude vertically or obliquely depending on the direction of the through hole 7 (vertical or oblique).
[0016]
Next, in FIGS. 2 and 4, the cover portion 11 is detachably attached to the thin portion 5 of the base portion 3, and a frame portion 12 is formed in a U shape as shown in the peripheral portion except for a part. The U-shaped frame portion 12 is formed with a flange portion 13 extending inward so as to face the U-shaped frame portion 12. As shown in FIGS. 1, 3, and 5, a bottomed recessed portion 14 is formed on the outer surface of the U-shaped frame portion 12 of the cover portion 11, and a bottom surface 15 of the recessed portion 14 is provided. It can be pushed in while holding the head of the mounting pin P. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, if the bottomed recessed portion 14 has a substantially semicircular shape having a small protrusion or a hooking portion 16 in the opening, the head of the pin P is interposed through the protrusion or the hooking portion 16. It is also possible to pull it out by hooking it to the part.
[0017]
In the above embodiment, the number of the through-holes 7 is 6. However, the number of the through-holes 7 can be appropriately changed according to the application, size, etc., or can be a single hole.
[0018]
Next, a method for attaching the pin hook of the present invention will be described mainly with reference to FIGS.
[0019]
First, the pin P is inserted into the through-hole 7 while pressing the base 3 with the cover 11 removed so that the bottom surface 6 is in contact with a predetermined position of the wall (symbol W in FIG. 3) to be attached. . Next, using the cover part 11, the head of the pin P is pressed against the bottom part 15 of the recessed part 14 formed in the cover part 11 and pushed in strongly. This is repeated as many times as the number of pins, and is thus fixed to the mounting wall W by pinning as shown in FIG. In this case, the pin P stops in a state in which a part of the lower side of the head is in contact with the pillow portion 8 to prevent further intrusion and at the opposite side of the pillow portion 8 (that is, the opposite side). ) Forms an airspace 9. When the attachment is completed, the cover part 11 is moved so as to be inserted into the thin part 5 of the base part 3 until it comes into contact with the end face of the enormous part 4. Thus, the mounting of the cap part 11 is completed.
[0020]
Next, when it is necessary to remove the hook 1 once fixed, the cap portion 11 is first slid back and pulled out, the surface of the thin portion 5 is exposed, and the recessed portion 14 of the cover portion 11 is connected to the pin P. The pin P can be easily pulled out by bringing the projection 16 of the recessed portion 14 into contact with the head so that the projection 16 is positioned on the lower side of the head of the pin P to be in an engaged state. In this case, as described above, the head of the pin P is fixed in a state where the head part of the pin P is in contact with the pillow part 8 and the air space 9 is left in the other part. Since the protrusion 16 of the recessed portion 14 can be positioned in the air space 9, the pulling operation of the pin P can be performed.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
Since the pin hook of the present invention is configured as described above, it does not require a dedicated tool for pinning as in the prior art, and even when removed to change the mounting position, The combination with the airspace 9 allows easy removal. That is, the pin P can be easily pushed in by using the recessed portion 14 formed in the cover part 11, and the pushed pin P is pushed in until it comes into contact with the pillow part 8 of the thin part 5. Since the airspace 9 on the opposite side of the pillow portion 8 is present, the head of the pin P can be hooked using the airspace 9, so that the pin P can be easily pulled out. Further, since the concave portion 14 acting on the pressing and pulling of the pin P is formed on the inconspicuous portion of the hook 1, that is, on the opposite side of the hook portion 2, the appearance is not impaired.
