払えない。また、ジャッキを使用する際は緊急時も考え
られるので、分割連結式ハンドルをねじ締めしたりする
手間や、分割式なのでねじなどの他の部品を紛失した場
合使用できない難点があった。尚且つ分割連結式の場合
には角孔部の強度を増すためにパイプで形成する場合に
は、角穴部のパイプ内に鉄のピンを挿入しその部分をプ
レスによってつぶした後、再びプレスによる抜き加工で
角穴を成形し、該角穴外方に向けてソケットを溶接す
る。これは連結部分の強度を確保するためでもあり、ま
た連結時に安定性を良くするためでもあるが、形成する
ために何度も加工しなければならない現状である。そこ
で、シンプルな構造で安価に提供でき且つロッドとレバ
ーが分割されずに折畳自由にしてツールバックに収納で
きるジャッキ用ハンドルセットの出現が現今強く望まれ

ロッドの連結部をアール状の湾曲部に形成し、レバーの
連結部に穿設した長孔に上記湾曲部を挿通したのち、湾
曲部の端部を拡大してロッドとレバーの2部品が離脱し
ないよう連結して両部品を組立、折畳可能にしたことを
特徴とするジャッキ用ハンドルセット及びレバーの連結
部をアール状の湾曲部に形成しロッドの連結部に穿設し
た長孔を上記湾局部に挿通したのち、湾曲部の端部を拡
大してロッドとレバーの2部品が離脱しないよう連結し
てなる請求項1に記載のジャッキ用ハンドルセットに関

を設けたレバーで該レバー5の先端連結部をプレスにて
圧縮して薄板部3を形成して上記ロッド1の連結部の平
板状の湾曲部7が入る径の長方形状の長孔4を穿設す
る。そしてこのレバー5の連結部の長孔4へロッド1の
湾曲部7を挿通したのち、ロッド1の湾曲部7がレバー
5の長孔4から離脱しないように湾曲部7の端部をさら
にプレスにて圧縮して扇状に拡げて、扁平部8を形成す
る。これによってロッド1とレバー5が離脱・分離する
ことなく、ロッド1の湾曲部7に沿ってレバー5を押し
込みスライドさせながら、折曲げ移動させることで組立
折畳み可能に連結してある。なお、以上実施例では扁平
部8をプレス加工して設ける場合を説明したが、プレス
