As shown in FIG. 2, the conventional pressurized floating type sewage treatment apparatus introduces raw water from a raw water tank 15 'into a flow-intake section 5' of a floating separation tank 1 'through a raw water introduction pipe 17' with a pump 16 '. ing. A coagulant 8 'is mixed during the introduction of the raw water into the inflow portion 5'. From the lower part of the flotation tank 1 ′, one of the treated water is sent out to the treated water tank 9 ′ by the treated water delivery pipe 18 ′, and discharged to the outside by the discharge pipe 29 ′, and the other is returned by the return pipe 21 ′. It is returned to the raw water introduction pipe 17 'by the pump 22' together with the pressurized air from the air supply pipe 23 ', and is introduced again into the inflow section 5'.

[0003] The pollutants contained in the raw water in the inflow section 5 'are attached to the bubbles generated by the introduction of pressurized air, and the particles of the pollutants are forcibly floated, and the pollutants are floated and separated. [Problems to be solved by the invention]

When sewage such as domestic wastewater and organic factory wastewater is discharged directly into public waters, the organic matter in the sewage consumes dissolved oxygen in the water, causing suffocation of aquatic organisms, generation of toxic gas, or abnormal growth of algae. (Eutrophication of water bodies). Therefore, the polluted sewage must be removed before it is discharged into public waters to prevent environmental destruction.

[0005] As this sewage treatment method, a pressurized floating type sewage treatment apparatus is used in which fine bubbles are mixed into water, pollutants are attached to the bubbles, and solids in the water are floated and separated by the floating of the bubbles. Although a method has been conventionally adopted, according to this apparatus, a pollutant in water is flocculated using a flocculant or a coagulant. However, since the conventional apparatus mixes a coagulant or a coagulant into raw water, it requires a large amount of the coagulant or the coagulant as compared with the coagulation sedimentation method.

[0006] In view of the above, the present invention aims at providing a pressurized floating type sewage treatment apparatus which requires a small amount of coagulant or coagulant for coagulating pollutants in water and can obtain stable water quality. It is.

It is characterized by comprising a secondary treated water delivery pipe for sending from the tank to the secondary treated water tank, and a discharge pipe discharged from the secondary treated water tank to the outside.

In the present invention having the above structure, raw water containing pollutants is introduced from the raw water tank into the inflow portion of the flotation tank above the raw water introduction pipe by the pump. Pressurized air pressurized into the return pipe enters the raw water introduction pipe from the middle of the raw water introduction pipe into the inflow section, and causes suspended matter in the raw water to adhere to bubbles generated by the compressed air at the inflow section. To the liquid surface and flow into the flotation tank. The floating material deposited on the upper part of the floating separation tank is collected in the floating material collecting tank by the scraping device and is processed in the floating material processing tank as before.

In this primary treated water tank, a coagulant or coagulant is mixed with the primary treated water, and the primary treated water and the coagulant or coagulant are mixed by a stirrer while being sent through the chemical mixed water delivery pipe. Thereafter, the primary treated water mixed with the coagulant or coagulant is sent to the inflow portion of the lower flotation tank.

In the inflow section, pressurized air is sent from a return pipe into which pressurized air is injected and a circulating pipe branched from the return pipe, and primary treatment is performed by mixing a coagulant or a coagulant into bubbles generated by the pressurized air. The suspended solids remaining in the water are attached and carried to the liquid surface, and flow into the floating separation tank. The floating material deposited on the upper part of the floating separation tank is collected in a floating material collecting tank by a scraping device and processed in the floating material processing tank.

On the other hand, the clarified treated water that has been secondarily treated in the lower flotation tank is directly sent to the secondary treated water tank through the secondary treatment water delivery pipe, and discharged to the outside by the discharge pipe. Water, treated water sent to the inflow section of the upper flotation tank together with the pressurized air by the return pipe, and sent out to the inflow section of the lower flotation tank by the circulation pipe along with the pressurized air branched from the return pipe. Divided into treated water.

[0012] According to such an apparatus, in the upper flotation / separation tank, a substance which easily floats without using a flocculant or a coagulant is once floated and removed, and the flocculant or the coagulant is added to the treated water subjected to the primary treatment. Since the coagulant is mixed, the amount of the coagulant or coagulant can be reduced, and the water quality can be improved because the floating material is removed again.

[Effect of the invention]

According to the present invention, in the upper flotation / separation tank, a substance that easily floats is temporarily removed without using a coagulant or a coagulant, and the coagulant or the coagulant is mixed into the treated water subjected to the primary treatment. Therefore, the consumption of the coagulant or coagulant is significantly reduced as compared with the conventional one mixed in raw water. In addition, since the separation of the floating material is performed in two stages, good quality water can be obtained. Conventional activated sludge treatment sedimentation tanks are difficult to settle, requiring a large area.In addition, coagulation sedimentation tanks are often installed in order to discharge water with good water quality even when the activated sludge treatment equipment itself is malfunctioning. However, by using the upper stage as a separation tank for activated sludge and the lower stage as a coagulation separation tank, it can be used as an activated sludge treatment device.
